The booth was very hidden, the ladies needed a QR code. There wasn't one from Viator, the ticket won't be accepted. Not feasible without contact to MyHoliday, the lady from Airportel called on my plea but there, proper voucher came via WhatsApp, 40 minutes time spent.
The BTS Skytrain is hands-down the easiest way to get around Bangkok. When the streets are completely jammed, the Skytrain just glides above it all and gets you where you need to be on time. The carriages are clean, air-conditioned, and a welcome escape from the heat, and the stations are easy to understand even if it’s your first visit to Thailand. Yes, it gets busy at rush hour, but it’s still far quicker and less stressful than sitting in traffic. It links all the main shopping areas and tourist spots, so you can hop on and off without any hassle. If you’re in Bangkok, the BTS isn’t just transport — it’s your best friend.

I easily used Pink line monorail to get to the Museum of Contemporary Art - travel times are not often like by metro
