Our driver was very nice and patient. We were at group of 7 and we were very comfortable. Put your guide in Brugges was fun and we covered everything that was offered
Highly recommend. We had a full day to spend in Belgium in April 2026 prior to boarding a river cruise. I found ProCapture and, after communicating with the guide, Mavliud, was so impressed that we booked it for a family of four. Mavliud rocks, truly. We did the full day private tour from Brussels to Bruges and Ghent. Two of us had been in Bruges before, but Mavliud planned for us to see it with new eyes and details. He was on time, very flexible and very knowledgable. Immaculate van. When our son forgot a pair of sunglasses, he drive them to our hotel the next day. I wound up booking through Viator due to the cancellation policy, but you can book directly through ProCapture.
Malvuid was an exceptional guide. He was knowledgeable, fun, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to be sure we had a great day. I would use this company again.

Spectacular! Beautiful beautiful Bruges, worth visiting for those who go to Brussels then go visit Bruges! The trip is not long, it does very well in family and with children. Andrea was spectacular. Gent smaller but very pretty also with the boat ride.
The tour was great. The guides were very knowledgeable. We appreciated learning about the history and culture.
We had the best day with Mauv (hope we are spelling his name right!). The transpiration was perfect and each location was worth visiting. Having a private tour was worth the money as both locations are quite busy. Mauv shared so much history and he was was a great guide. I would highly recommend this tour!

Both cities were amazing in different ways. Bruges for history and canals, Ghent for atmosphere and architecture. Highly recommend.
Great day trip to Bruges and Ghent. Bruges canals were beautiful, and the boat ride was relaxing. We also tried waffles and local beer. Mavliud gave good suggestions.
