Excellent service.
Lacey communicated well and was right where he said he’d be despite it taking 1 1/2 hope to get through customs and collect our luggage. Pristine car and smooth ride.

Got the job done:)
Car was clean but smelled of smoke. Would have appreciated a small bottle of water since it was over an hour ride. Driver was courteous. He did notify us that he could be 10-15 minutes late. Got to the airport in plenty of time.
事業者からの返答
Thanks for your feedback. We are delighted that you found the car clean and the driver courteous. We apologize for the smell of smoke and the absence of water, this was a vehicle that was coming out of maintenance, we will check this with the garage, because the driver is a non-smoker. However a bottle of water is obligatory in our vehicle for each passenger! We will work to improve these aspects to ensure a more pleasant experience in the future. Thank you for choosing Our company! and we hope to see you again on our fleet.
