I understand that staying in Livingstone impacted your experience, especially with the timing of the border closure. I also regret the issue with the driver on the Zimbabwe side and the handoff process. Nevertheless there is proper communication between the 2 drivers so he cant leave you if the other driver is over 5 minutes away. Your experience highlights areas where we need to improve coordination and professionalism to ensure a smoother transition for our guests.
