The experience was traditional and good, the food was very delicious and the guides also helped me with crossing of borders and it was very smooth thanks to Jonas and Bonani

The food is very good and is a lots! The show was good too. My poor review is because the place for the show is very small for all the people, is not a place for the dancers and musicians to play for all the audience, my table was basically in the backstage, all the show I just saw their backs, never dancing or playing looking the area where I was. Also, the show is in the Zimbabwe side, if you are located in Zambia, the border closes at 10:00 pm, and the show is long, is not time to see all the show, something that is not specific in the description! In my personal opinion, very expensive for a simple dinner!

Note we were staying in Livingstone which strongly impacted our experience. I would not recommend this if you are in Zambia. The border closes at 10 pm so you need to leave the show early. We missed the dancing. However the food was great (excellent variety) and the drum show was quite impressive. On a sour note the driver on the Zimbabwe side nearly left us alone at the border. A bit shocking. We made it across the border fine and the Zambia driver met us. However the handoff was not done professionally due to scheduling conflicts with other passengers. Note we shared a table with other people who booked this service which was fine with us. The show itself is excellent but book directly from the lodge and only if you're staying in Zimbabwe.

I understand that staying in Livingstone impacted your experience, especially with the timing of the border closure. I also regret the issue with the driver on the Zimbabwe side and the handoff process. Nevertheless there is proper communication between the 2 drivers so he cant leave you if the other driver is over 5 minutes away. Your experience highlights areas where we need to improve coordination and professionalism to ensure a smoother transition for our guests. Was such an amazing experience, the staff that picked me up was on time and helped me cross the border, they were so kind, they even waited with me for my pick up on the Zambia side which was so kind of him, the food at the boma dinner was lovely and the experience was 10/10. All in all fantastic evening

The pick up in Zambia was very well planned. The drivers were excellent, helping with the board crossing. Lots of food and an interactive fun show.
