We were met at the airport just outside of the arrivals area by our driver who had a clear sign with my name on it. The ride from the air port to the ship was un eventful except that the driver apparently didn't know the secret of being able to drive up close to where the river cruise ships were docked. We had more than a short walk to find the ship. That was our only disappointment

On Time and Nice Vehicle
On time pick up and easily located in arrival area. Pleasant and courteous driver Patrick. Loaded our luggage and took same inside the hotel when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

Clean, pleasant transfer
Our driver met us, timely, at our location (actually had to wait 20 minutes as our flight was a bit late); yet, still met us with a smile. The drive to our destination was pleasant. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and did not have any heavy perfume smells or strange music on. We were quite pleased. Patrick was very kind.

Pre stay before Uniworld Bordeaux river cruise.
Our Mercedes van and driver were on time, friendly and professional. I would happily use this private car transfer service again if needed.

Bordeaux pick up
The driver was there with a sign when we arrived. Very easy to find him. Good driver, but it was not a Mercedes as quoted and there was no water as described in the ad.

Booking Cancelled — No Driver
Trip was cancelled by Viator. They said they could not find a driver…..because I booked too late. Why accept booking and charge credit card if it was too late? I was able to get a taxi.
Refund will take 3-5 business days on a trip that could not be provided??
