The bridge that had to move to let us see the most charming part of the old city was broken. We were assured we wouldn't miss anything...but we never got to go through the old part. No attempt to rectify it even 10 minutes later when it was fixed. So, yes, we missed the most significant thing we paid to see.
After spending nearly US$500 for a truncated 1.5 hours, we were charged an extra €4 for water. Unimpressed.
Don't recommend. Do a cheaper tour so if the bridge is broken, you're not out a large amount of money!

Je me souviens parfaitement de vous. Il y avait effectivement une panne du pont qui est géré par la ville de Strasbourg et non par nous, nous n’y sommes pour rien dans ce genre de problème technique. En revanche, nous sommes bien passé avec vous dans le quartier historique de Strasbourg et nous sommes même passé sous le barrage Vauban, et vous avez pu voir la plus jolie partie de la petite France. Le temps de sortie dépend du temps perdu ou non dans les écluses, cela dure effectivement entre 1h40 et 2 heures, suivant les courants de l’eau et le passage des écluses. Nous regrettons que vous soyez déçu, sur plus de 1000 avis avec 5 étoiles, il en fait toujours une ou deux qui ne soient pas satisfaite. Je suppose que lorsque vous allez au restaurant et que vous commandez une bouteille d’eau, vous devez la payer, c’est pareil chez nous, si cela ne vous semble pas normal comme principe, nous regrettons que vous ne compreniez pas que lorsqu’on commande des choses supplémentaires on les paies. Girls' trip
It was simply super! Great boat, great captains. Our captain Julie was very nice and accommodating. She followed Cedric's boat, who was out with a group of men. It was a lot of fun for us girls and we really enjoyed the trip.

A superb experience
My husband gifted me this magnificent stroll for my birthday. One of the most beautiful gifts I have received. Moreover, the captain is very nice and attentive. He takes care of his clients and always has a funny remark. An experience I recommend to all couples.

We had an excellent time...
We had an excellent time with Cedric. He arrived promptly to pick us up. And he was so cautious and courteous as we all got on the boat and got comfortable. He was friendly and knowledgeable of all of the sights we saw on our journey. It was so nice to see Strasbourg from the water!
