Utterly unprofessional service, lack of care and respect for customers
MIRACLE LOUNGE AT DON MUEANG AIRPORT
I've been here a few times and although I thought it's decent compared to other lounges I've been in SE Asia, not anymore.... Today, the hot section in the buffet was all completely tepid, I had to leave my dishes unfinished. Besides the fact this is a huge health hazard. This is what results also from having such a low A/C even when it's RAINING outside, and having plates on the shelves that are stone cold without a preheat treatment. Honestly, the managers here are not smart people, you can tell.

good value for money
Great food, very good variety, friendly staff and clean facility. Overall a good experience and would recommend to everybody to stay in comfort at BKK airport.

The airport restaurants and snacks are worth the price of admission
The airport lounge is excellent; it is worth the price. All you can eat or drink is clean, well-staffed, stuffed, kind, and polite. Very helpful. There are work areas, rest areas for you to work, eat, or relax, and different foods for everyone's palate

Maybe a bad experience
The supplier give me wrong bar code and also the staff doesn't speak English or another language I don't know about other lounges but the one in domestic is zero

The Mirage Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok
The Mirage Suvarnabhumi Airport lounge in Bangkok was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were lots of food and drink choices. The shower facilities were nice and clean.
I would book this lounge again.

A tranquil oasis
We had a four hour layover at Bangkok airport enroute from Kho Samui to Manchester and we had access to the Thai Airways Royal Orchid lounge. Probably one of the best lounges we have ever been it. Loads of space, two seperate buffets for Thai and Western food, a champagne and cocktail bar and comfortable seating throughout. Would highly recommend.

Didn't go as planned
This is a very difficult review to write. The QR code was sent via Viator app, but couldn't be downloaded. I got into the lounge without the code, but was. Basically asked to leave. Felt so anxious when I was supposed to be enjoying my time in the lounge.

As my experience, you may not have checked the message in time and downloaded the code we provided; the information related to the QR code for check-in is clearly stated in the confirmation. The lounge has its own QR code, and the Viator code cannot be used for check-in.
Normally, the QR code is valid for 7 days. If you will be passing through Bangkok airport again within the validity period, please let us know, and we will ensure that you can use this code.

Nice and relaxing
Nice and relaxing space for a long wait in Bangkok. Bought two sessions so I could stay for 4 hours and all went really well.

Amazing clean airport lounge
Wonderful spacious facility. Love the hot made to order noodle soup. Great selections of food, pastry and drinks. There is full shower bathroom available and it is super clean.

Frequently patronised but this time is unique
I had a great discover today . I went to the lounge by mistake . I left and returned .
The staff on the photo attached made me decided to go back because of her smile and ready to serve gesture .
I am impressed by her . She served me a glass of Chang beer
Everyone in the service and hospitality industry should be like her to make every customer contact a positive one .
