Driver was there when we arrived and was very helpful with our luggage. He also provided some narrative of the city on our way to the hotel.
Our plane was 4 hours late. Still, Jose met us cheerfully with a sign sporting our name. He was great and explained about the sites we were seeing on our drive to the city, cautioned us about petty pick pockets (leave passport at home, etc.) and knew exactly where we were going.

I was relieved to see the driver when I got to the arrivals hall! My flight was a little late, and I needed to collect my luggage from baggage claim. My driver took over my suitcase and led me to the very close parked car. He was an excellent driver and he efficiently delivered me to the hotel door. We didn’t chat much; I wasn’t feeling talkative after my long flight, so this was a plus to me. Quick, efficient, and reliable—a 5 star experience for me!
