Our plane was 4 hours late. Still, Jose met us cheerfully with a sign sporting our name. He was great and explained about the sites we were seeing on our drive to the city, cautioned us about petty pick pockets (leave passport at home, etc.) and knew exactly where we were going.
Thank you! We're glad Jose made your delayed arrival stress-free. His local tips and warm welcome truly reflect our service. We hope to assist you with future trips worldwide. Laura- Rhomtrip.com

I was relieved to see the driver when I got to the arrivals hall! My flight was a little late, and I needed to collect my luggage from baggage claim. My driver took over my suitcase and led me to the very close parked car. He was an excellent driver and he efficiently delivered me to the hotel door. We didn’t chat much; I wasn’t feeling talkative after my long flight, so this was a plus to me. Quick, efficient, and reliable—a 5 star experience for me!
Dear Carolyn, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're glad our service met your expectations. Looking forward to serving you again Laura- Rhomtrip.com
