Another incredible experience with A Chefs Tour. This was my fifth experience with them, and all have been amazing - Manila Binondo was no different. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the food history, but also general history of both Manila and the Philippines. The tour had a variety of flavours and tastings, I would absolutely book again!
Be adventurous with your food palate! This is a very authentic experience. Jace shared a lot of fun facts and history throughout the tour, which made it interesting.
It was a tour that kept us fed throughout. We learned a lot. It rained and we still managed to get a chance to try 15+ foods!!

Amazing way to try lots of different local cuisines whilst exploring Chinatown. Our guide Jace was great, able to answer all of our questions, not only about the food but also on the history of Manila. Definitely go hungry because there is lots of food to try.
Jace was our guide and I will say he was one of the best guides I've ever had not only did he describe the dishes but also gave a bit of history on all the dishes to. He also gave some history about the area we was in. 👍👍👍👍👍
