We had an excellent experience on this bike tour! Our guide, Camilo, welcomed us by showing the route on a map before getting everyone set up with their bikes. Throughout the tour, he made sure the group stayed together and patiently waited at each stop so no one got left behind. During the ride, my son's bike got a flat tire. Camilo quickly replaced the tube, inflated the tire, and had us back on the road in no time. He was efficient, respectful and courteous. Camilo tailored the pace and experience to meet the group's needs, making it enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this bike tour to anyone looking for a fun, well-organized, and customer-focused experience!

Wanted to love this but delays impacted my experience. We started at least 15 minutes late because we were waiting for two people who hadn’t arrived. At one of our stops, the same two people were 20 minutes late to joining us because they went shopping. I had worked out with the company ahead of time that I needed to be back to their offices by 3 1/2 hours into the trip because of a medical call back to the states, but the guy that was supposed to take me back was 15 minutes late and he ended up having to take my bike back while I walked the distance. Finally, I was wearing jeans and the oil from the gears stain my shoes and my jeans. I did laundry last night at my Airbnb and cannot get all the stains out out of the jeans. I haven’t even tried the shoes yet. I really really liked our guide. I thought he was outstanding, but the other challenges certainly impacted my overall experience.

To begin with Tomas, the guide is an excellent person and has a lot of knowledge of the city and its history. The bikes in excellent condition. The very nice places and at the same time very authentic.

Super safe. Nice well maintained bikes. Nice pace. Alejandro controlled traffic while we crossed. Susan was very informative and Daniel was super friendly, fluent in English and patient with our Spanis

It was a great way to learn about different parts of the city and not staying only in the nice areas.

Overall the day was great. I’d would say this a bike ride more than an in depth tour of the city. I did enjoy the touring aspects and the distance, but some more history of the city would have been nice. I would recommend this tour if you want a little bit of tour and a lot of exercise. I don’t recommend if Colombian history is your priority

The bike tour allowed us to get an excellent overview of Medellin. We saw so many places and things in a relatively short time. At the end of our trip, we had a list of things to go back to explore more closely. Exactly what we were looking for. Tomas and Alejandro, our guides were wonderful. They had a challenge managing a group that included e-bikes and regular bikes. They stayed calm and kept us all moving. Their explanations of what we would see and were seeing were packed with information. We learned a lot from them. The trip takes you through some very busy parts of the city. The guides did a great job of managing us, even sometimes acting as traffic police as a precaution to ensure we all got through busy intersections. Tomas and Alejandro were both wonderful.

It was very beautiful the tour, the guide Tomas brought very interesting information and is very communicative and clear in the explanations. The tour was fantastic. Zero complaints.

The tour was great. Our guide, Juan, was super friendly and knowledgeable. It starts with a climb to Pueblito Paisa, which was a bit too much for me, so I walked the bike for the last few hundred meters. The rest of the tour was relatively flat and easy. The breads at the cafe were delicious. We got to see a lot of the city that we otherwise wouldn't have. I would definitely recommend!

Fun trip and the guides Tomas and Juan were great. I would opt for the e-bike given the early mountain climb.
