Beautiful drive through the mountains, scenery was very nice. Roads are fairly winding - I wouldn't want to do this in winter with snow/ice on the roads. Stopping points were interesting and photogenic. Not very crowded this time of year but I'm sure they'll be packed in mid-summer. Lucky with weather - sunny and warm but not too hot.

Friendly tour guide, even though he need to use Google Translate to communicate with us. But it worked out just fine. Nice drive to see all the famous places around Biei and Furano. The blue pond is beautiful. No crowds in April, but the fields are just dirt. There still some snow on the mountains so not too bad. Just no blooms. Visit in June till November offers more green and flowers or winter in February and March for snow. But will be expensive and crowds.

Our guide Tommy was very punctual and polite taking our family of 7 to see the beautiful sights of Sapporo. He even gave us some tips for our stay in downtown Sapporo. The restaurant that Tommy suggested for lunch was also very good.

We had a wonderful one-day trip to Furano and Biei and chose the first itinerary option, which was very well planned and comfortable. Our driver Andrew picked us up directly from Hotel Mystays Sapporo Aspen right on time and dropped us back at the hotel at the end of the day, making the entire trip completely hassle-free, especially as we were traveling as a family. Andrew was very patient, friendly, and professional. He waited for us at every stop without rushing and also shared helpful suggestions on nearby places to visit, along with recommendations for his favorite local restaurant, which added a nice personal touch to the trip. The itinerary was well paced and covered all the key highlights: Farm Tomita Furano Marche (lunch stop) Shikisai no Oka Blue Pond Shirahige Waterfall The private car was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and well organized.
