I was very impressed with my experience of Viator. I booked the departure transfer online and had prompt communication on potential pickup times. Our driver arrived early which enabled us to leave on time, and he was very friendly, informative and professional. The ride was very comfortable. The driver made sure that since we were travelling with a baby, he drove smoothly. They even had a car seat for my daughter, that was an added benefit with them.
