Fantastic service. The Viator app allowed easy communication. Canceled and rebooked flights was accommodated without issue or difficulty. Driver was very cautious in the bad weather and difficult road conditions. I highly recommend and continue to be pleased with Viator.
No issues. Very good experience overall. Driver arrived early and took us to another location to drop off the keys to our rental house. Trip to the airport was uneventful in the snow.
