The ATV experience was wonderful. First off, the operator was very accommodating because we had a dived plan for later in the afternoon so they took us at 9:30 am. The quality of the ATVs was great, high-powered and comfortable. The thing they don't tell you on the website that is fun, is that you can actually swim in the Jade Cavern and there are a few points at which you can jump off into the green water. The cenote is a collapsed cave and there are hundreds of bats under the ledges! Gretel was a great guide, always making sure we were together and driving at a good pace! The whole experience takes 2 hours if you swim. Recommended!

This place is very overpriced. We did an ATV trip. Guide's ATV died. My sister in law's ATV stalled every time she had to slow down. Mine almost did not start after the cenote stop. The cenote stop is a poor cenote - very strong sulphur smell. Rest of trip is just a little jungle, lots of trash along the way and them trying to sell you tequila tasting which we passed on. Back at the beach, poor guy working service was too busy. Waited 10 minutes for drinks a couple of times. Food was OK - but seriously overpriced. We had a handful of beers and a little food and nearly $200 USD. Only real value was the $85 for 30 minutes on a wave runner. Great, new equipment and worth it.

This excursion was so worth it! Alan gave an very exciting and informative tour of the Jade Cavern. We had a ball.

We had an amazing time. Oscar was our guide and provided us with a great ATV experience. We took some off road routes that were lots of fun to ride through on the ATVs. The jade cavern was interesting. I’ve never seen so many bats in person!! Our last stop was back at the beach club where we enjoyed some quesadillas, fajitas, nachos, and great drinks. We also got to spend time swimming in the ocean. The water was cool and refreshing. Overall I rate our experience 10/10 and I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed by the reviews and reserved this experience. When we arrived to the location I decided do not drive the ATV and I am glad I did so. First, there are only few lockers and not enough for everyone. Second, the helmets were incredibly dirty and no way I can put on such helmet. The rest of my family returned from the trip completely covered in mud so their clothes and shoes are not cleanable even after washing. The ride from the destination to the San Francisco beach was super crowded. some people had to seat between the seats. I do not recommend this experience to anyone.

Great experience!! Our family (ages 12-60) have very different levels of activity and we all were able to enjoy this!! Our guide was very helpful, matched our speed, and went above and beyond to ensure a good time. It was a great way to see the island!! Highly recommend this excursion with this company!

Oscar was AMAZING. He lead our small group of 4 on an ATV tour thru the jungle, making sure that every single one of us was safe and yet having fun the entire time. There are 2 sections of the tour where you're able to really let go and ride at top speed (based on your comfort level) and Oscar was kind enough to take videos for us. Couldn't praise him more, he was the best!

Carlos was AWESOME! The ATVs were in great working order and we had an absolute blast! Many of the beaches we saw had seaweed issues but this one was GORGEOUS! First time we did an "excursion" not offered on the cruise and man was this perfect!

Such a great time! Oscar is a great guide and so much fun! We did the atv tour and went to cenote and was able to jump into it off the cliff!!
