The service was good and pleasant. The food was bad to fair and no selection provided. The room is nice and seemed traditional. Expect to be in a tourist hub with what seemed to be hundreds of boats and thousands of people cramped at each activity. The tour starts at 12 noon and finishes 10:45 the next day (2 days?). Drinks are not included and expect to pay for water. YES Water which is silly because we would have spent more on alcohol .

Ha Long Bay is a very popular destination, so some activity areas can unfortunately be busy, especially during peak travel periods. We understand that this may not suit guests looking for a quieter bay experience. Regarding the 2-day itinerary, overnight cruises in Ha Long Bay normally follow the standard boarding and disembarkation schedule set by cruise operations and port procedures. About drinking water, complimentary water is provided with a limited daily allowance, similar to hotel standards. Additional bottled water or other drinks ordered beyond the complimentary inclusion are charged separately. Thank you again for your comments. We paid 30 percent more than other passengers, the boat had aged and the cabin not airtight we froze. We were charged for a glass bottle of water that we dropped. 2 days before the date we were asked by whatsaap our passport and travel insurance....why not ask at the time of booking? We are rather disappointed.

Un tarif réservé via une plateforme OTA inclut des commissions de service imposées par la plateforme, et ne peut donc pas être comparé à un tarif réservé directement auprès d’un agent local. Une comparaison directe entre ces deux modes de réservation n’est pas équitable. Concernant la bouteille d’eau en verre dans la cabine, celle-ci fait partie des équipements du bateau. Elle n’est facturée qu’en cas de casse avérée. La demande de passeports sous forme de photos claires et détaillées a été communiquée avant la réservation, conformément aux exigences réglementaires locales et à celles de la compagnie de croisière. Nous regrettons sincèrement que ces éléments aient affecté votre ressenti. Vos remarques concernant la cabine et le service à bord ont été transmises à la compagnie de croisière afin qu’elles soient prises en compte et étudiées pour amélioration. Cordialement.
What a wonderful place to be ❤️❤️ we enjoyed our cruise very much. It was calm and luxurious. The boat is new and our cabin was wonderful, with a great balcony, and clean. The staff was kind and very attentive – thank you Kathleen for the great service!

In Ha Long we made the Lily Cruise, we stayed in one of the exclusive cabins, very comfortable and decorated and with stunning views. The service of the staff is attentive, especially the guide Happy that because we do not speak English very well he always tried other ways to pass the information to us, and the food, excellent with Vietnamese and international dishes carefully prepared. Onboard activities such as kayaking and cave visits are well organized and balance adventure and rest. An elegant, relaxing and memorable tour.

It wasn’t a 5 star cruise as sold by Viator. The cruise staff themselves mentioned it’s a 3 star cruise. We felt cheated. I raised this with Viator but they didn’t help at all.

We booked the Peony cruise through HT Travel & Cruises for a family trip with our little one, and it was a fantastic experience. From the start, the booking process was smooth, and the staff at HT Travel was very responsive, addressing all our concerns, especially regarding traveling with a baby. The Peony cruise itself was perfect for our family. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided a crib for our baby, which was very thoughtful. After searching a few travel groups on Facebook and TripAdvisor for Ha Long Bay tour companies, I opted to go with HT Travel. They were helpful, polite, and answered all my questions. This tour was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Trang arranged pick up from my hotel, met me at the port with a lovely gift and made sure I and other passengers were taken care of through it all. The tour was amazing - Ha Long Bay is a spectacular sight to see and experience, and the activities and crew support top notch!! The ship was clean, new with great amenities and smooth sailing. The service and food was excellent. I felt safe and provided for every step of the way and I loved that. I highly recommend HT travels.

We booked a 2D1N Ha Long Bay Cruise with Trang Doan. She worked tirelessly to present to us the various options that they had. At one point, my friend recommended to me about a cruise, Paradise Elegance, I went online directly but couldn’t find availabilities that suited our schedule. I reached to Trang and told her about it. She found the rooms for us. When I gave her our passports, she noticed that my birthday was during the trip so she arranged for the cruise staff to bring out and sing Happy Birthday to celebrate me. She also met me at the port with a welcome fruits basket. Her service was attentive. I highly recommend Trang and her agent.

We loved our Bai Tu Long Bay cruise! All the guides and crew were welcoming and very hospitable. The ship was charming and comfortable, and the views were gorgeous!
