Byfjorden (the Cityfjord)、水深約5メートルから350メートルまで、ベルゲンの街を水辺に縁取る。 また、ベルゲンを囲む7つの山の間に位置するため、街の大半から見える自然のランドマークでもある。 長さ15キロメートル（9.3マイル）のフィヨルドは、アスコイ島とベルゲン本土を隔てており、本土のベルゲン市の真北を通過しています。
長さ4キロメートル、深さ最大500メートルのサルフスフィヨルドは、ベルゲンとアルヴェル自治体の間に位置する。 フィヨルドはノルドラント橋で渡っている。 フィヨルドの名前は、サルフスの村域から取られています。 12世紀初頭には、当時サウルフースとして知られていた旅館があった。 ノルトラント州の交通の要衝として機能し、小さな市場町であった。 1859年にこの地に靴下製造業者が設立されて以来、工業化された最初の場所の1つであった。
ノルトラント橋はベルゲンのすぐ北にある印象的なランドマークで、広いサルフスフィヨルドを横切る海岸道路を運んでいます。 1994年に開通し、細長い斜張スパンと長い浮体部を組み合わせた、世界でも有数の特徴的な橋梁設計となっている。 横断すると、フィヨルド、山々、島々の素晴らしい眺めが広がります。ノルウェー西部のクラシックな風景が最高です。 この橋はかつてのフェリー・リンクに取って代わり、今日ではベルゲンとノルトラント地方を結ぶ重要な連絡橋となっており、効率的な輸送とノルウェー語工学と沿岸の美しさを垣間見ることのできる思い出深い橋となっています。
オスターフィヨルドは、オステロイ島を囲む3つのフィヨルドの1つです。 フィヨルドはリンドスとオステロイの自治体境に沿って流れています。 フィヨルドはRomarheimsfjordenで始まり、27キロメートル（17mi）西に流れた後、Osterfjorden、Radfjorden（北へ）、Sørfjorden（南へ）、Salhusfjorden（西へ）の4つのフィヨルドの合流点にあるKnarvik村付近で終わります。 オスターフィヨルドは一般的に幅約1〜3キロメートル（0.62〜1.86マイル）で、フィヨルドの最深部は海抜639メートル（2,096フィート）の深さに達します
オスターフィヨルドの奥深くに潮汐のある運河化された川。 小川の長さは約600メートル、幅は最も狭いところで50メートルから60メートルである。 モスラウメンは1913年頃に運河化（浚渫）された。

Fun and beautiful tour in fast boat. Welcoming and very professionally done Highlight of our trip in Bergen
HERMAN - best captain ever! He was informative, funny and got our boat all of the best viewpoints. Herman also helped with several suggestions for the rest of our stay in Bergen. This tour is great for a little more adventure and the general bigger boat tour. Don't worry about the old as their gear keeps you warm.

The weather for our tour was overcast with light rain off and on. Typical for this time of year. Even so we had a blast. The equipment provided worked well however if you're the first people in the front you may not stay perfectly dry. We didn’t mind since we wanted to be upfront. The driver made it fun and exciting. We would recommend this tour for an up close fjord experience.
This was exhilarating, fun and quite the adventure! I would suggest you wear gloves to keep hands warm and dry. I am also glad I was not in the front and rather was shielded by person in front of me. Front gets the brunt of wind and rain. The boat was super fast and at times scary, but so much fun. I am so glad I did this. Be sure you are up to the big bumps over waves. They were a work out on my body, but I still loved it all.
Incredible experience with stunning scenery, and an extremely knowledgable guide/boat captain. Typical Norwegian rain did not damper the fun! We were skeptical about needing the heavy suits and goggles as it was a fairly warm day. Don’t question needing those, they were definitely needed and were appreciative to have them! Truly incredible experience! A must do!
One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. If the weather is overcast and/or rainy, GO! You’ll be warm and dry with the gear they provide and the scenery will be even more dramatic and jaw dropping than on a perfectly sunny day. I couldn’t take it all in. Five stars.
