ツアーは、市内中心部近くにある当社のオフィスから便利なピックアップで始まります。そこから、ベラトの歴史的な城の中心にある Nina's house に向かいます。Nina's house に到着すると、地元のホストと熟練の料理人が温かくお迎えします。料理教室は、私たちが準備する料理の簡単な紹介から始まります。必要な材料と器具はすべてお渡しします。熟練の料理人がプロセスの各ステップをご案内します。好みや空き時間に応じて、2 つまたは 3 つの伝統的なアルバニア料理を準備する機会があります。可能な料理には、詰め物をしたナス、Fërgesë (ピーマン、トマト、チーズを使った伝統的なアルバニア料理) などがあります。調理が終わったら、座って自分で作った食事をお楽しみください。Nina's では、ゲストにフレンドリーで歓迎的で教育的な環境を提供することに誇りを持っています。

Great cooking class with mama Nina in a restaurant in the castle. We had a great visit with Mikal who helped with translation and generally kept the conversation flowing. Wonderful experience with lovely people. The food was delish!

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat. The cooking was great fun, and we learned how to make some delicious traditional Albanian dishes in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight, though, was the people. Nina and Mikael were incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, making us feel like guests in their home rather than tourists. They shared stories about Albanian culture and made the whole experience both enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with amazing hosts and fantastic food, don’t miss this cooking class. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Albania!
