We used this service for an early morning transfer from our hotel in Berlin to the Berlin airport. The service went without a hitch. The driver spoke English, and arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time. He came and got us in the lobby of the hotel, and even carried my mom's luggage, which was a nice touch. The vehicle was a Mercedes minivan of the type that's common in Europe for transfers. Very clean, and everything worked great. Water was provided. The driver dropped us off in front of the terminal closest to our airline drop-off, and even explained where to go once we got inside. He took out all our luggage and placed it on the curb, too. I am quite satisfied with this service, and would use it again in future trips to Europe. We in fact used the same service provider for a transfer *from* the Hamburg airport to our cruise ship the week prior, and it was equally smooth. I'll therefore definitely be on the look out for this service provider (Profi) for future travels.
