Benagil - キャプテンとのプライベート ツアー - Algarve Cave Captain

This was the worst experience. Do not book with this company. I have PROOF of cancellation a month before and did NOT go on the booking and was still charged. After talking with the company they still denied the refund request and refused to do offer any other solution. On top of this, the seas were super rough and other company’s were cancelling for safety reasons.

Beautiful area worth seeing. Enjoyed having a private boat that was reasonably priced. Captain Richard was very friendly and did a great job navigating choppy waters on the way out. Minus a star for the giant bulky life jackets we had to wear making using my camera difficult. All other outfitters we saw had much smaller jackets. Get directions from outfitters website not trip adviser site which took us to wrong marina

We only enjoyed that we were together as a family and we took so many beautiful photos Again nobody asked us to take photos of our family We are very disappointed with the experience on the boat The captain didn’t really speak any English He was talking the whole trip to his colleague and on the phone He only called out some of the caves names When I tried to ask him of more info he ignored me He didn’t say anything regarding the caves and history or details The trip was really boring He barely stoped and went to any caves inside where again other boats of the same size went easily in At the end He parked the boat really far from the beach where we saw other boats nearer to the shore for easier access to beach We traveled a lot and sadly this was the worst experience ever I really don’t mind spending $$$ but wow this is was not even worth 30$ per person Definitely not worth a 400$ I will be trying to get a refund !!!! It was really bad !!!! We are truly disappointed!!!! 😢

Very impressive to enter caves one after another. Captain was very friendly and talented. We loved jumping into the water and swim to a private beach. It was a great adventure!

What an awesome way to see the caves and stunning coastline, with just our family if 5. Captain Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the area and made us feel very safe. The highlight was a stop at a private beach, where we were able to swim/SUP to the shore and enjoy the peace and solitude, after the busy waters around Benagil. Followed, of course, by a lovely bottle of bubbly and snacks upon our swim back to the boat. Highly recommend spending a few dollars more for such an amazing experience!

Very friendly staff. Saw all the amazing caves and beaches and ended up on a beach accessible only by land. Had a great time.

We had the best trip today. The only way to see the beautiful coastline. The crew showed us all of sites. (They were easy on the eye too 😉) 10/10 would recommend.

Loved our private cave tour with Captain Ricardo! We saw caves, rock formations, my kids got to paddle board in the calm (that day) Atlantic waters off the coast - what’s not to love? Because this isn’t a giant tour boat stuffed with tons of people, you get to actually go **in** the caves and see them up close, and the entire experience is much more personalized. Snacks and drinks were a nice touch - and sitting just off the coast to watch the sunset was the perfect end to a week in the Algarve. There are lots of options to see the sea caves but this is the one to choose - Highly recommended.

What a perfect way to see the caves. The boat size is so important so you can get into the caves. Richard is a wonderful guide and made our trip special.
