Our guide Angie was awesome. Informative, friendly and engaging. Private car was enjoyable way to tour mutianyu Great Wall. The August heat was slightly more bearable in the early morning but it was very hot. Angie was also a great resource for ideas on what else to do during our visit in Beijing. We wrapped up our wall visit early because of the heat, Angie thoughtfully also took us to a tea tasting at a state-run store. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing day trip. Almost immediately after booking I was contacted by Linda via WhatsApp to confirm everything, she then remained in contact for any queries up to our departure. Our driver Leo collected us from our hotel and safely drove us to the Great Wall. As we had this tour package we didn’t have to wait for a bus to take us to the Great Wall check in, instead Leo drove us up to the gates and we went up on the gondolas. Leo showed us all the facilities and then scanned us through at the ticket check. Highly recommend this safe, easy, relaxed, pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend this tour, so so worth it! The exclusivity was unmatched. My guide picked me up from my hotel (car was clean and lovely), took me up to the wall, had great recommendations the entire time (especially with taking the lift up!), had great history to share, allowed me to walk as much as I pleased, took some photos of me on the wall to send to friends and family, and then took me back to my hotel directly! As someone who travels solo, it was so easy and stress free. I had to take a work call on the drive to the wall, and the guide was more than accommodating. I was so happy with my experience, and the guide was a pleasure to speak with the entire time, very personable. I plan on booking again with my boyfriend when we visit next!

Linda was an exceptional guide! From the moment we met, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She constantly checked in on us—asking if we had eaten breakfast or lunch, making sure we always had water and snacks, and even asking if we’d like to experience a traditional Chinese teahouse. When I mentioned I wanted to try authentic Chinese mooncakes, she went out of her way to help us find them at a local store. She also took us to hidden spots that only locals know about, which made the experience feel even more special. Linda shared fascinating stories about the Great Wall, Chinese history, and religion that brought everything to life. She made sure we had the best possible experience and even helped us purchase tickets for the toboggan ride down the Wall, which was so much fun! Above all, Linda was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Her kindness and attention to detail made our day unforgettable. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Beijing!

We had Jessica as our guide, and she was wonderful! She provided educational information in the car regarding the history of China and even a brief Chinese language lesson! Of course the Great Wall was amazing. She showed us the best spot for photos and provided more educational information. She took us to a tea ceremony on the way back. Jessica is a warm, friendly person. 10/10

Probably the most stress free time we had in China. Most other places were super crowded but Linda helped us navigate the tickets and even took us to a tea house and restaurant for lunch. Mutianyu was gorgeous and Linda provided a lot of history and context to the Great Wall, and we avoided a lot of crowds.

Linda gave us exceptional service. Her communication about tour preparation was very clear, and the entire tour including transport was smooth and efficient. She is friendly and warm too. I would highly recommend Linda any time.
