What a fun workshop. One of my favorite things I did while in Cusco.

Such a fun workshop! Small group, very interesting, lovely teacher and we ended up with chocolate! Great value for money and a good escape from the midday sun.

I love chocolate so this was a must. Really fine way to spend an afternoon learning about quality, process, and history.

We had a lot of fun learning about making chocolate and where they come from. We tasted things along the way and learned a little history behind Cacao beans in Cusco. And at the end, we also got to make some to take back with us. I made a reservation but it’s probably not necessary (I’m just a planner), as there were several spots a day. There is also a little chocolate shop you can buy chocolate from and you can watch them make chocolate in the little factory they have there.

This was so much fun and we learned so much! Would highly recommend to anyone in Cusco. I have done chocolate making classes and other cities and I have never had the opportunity to literally start from roasting and go through the whole process

I highly recommend this outing. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. We started on time but late-comers were welcomed. We also finished on time, making it easier for me to get to the airport! The chocolate we made was delicious, my friend said it was the best she had ever tasted!

Such a fun way to learn about the chocolate making process. Fun for all ages and a great activity to do when adjusting to the altitude in Cusco. Gino was our host for the event and he was very knowledgeable and fun. His English is excellent too!

The whole experience was definitely worth it. This is was one of the things we did in Cusco and my friends and I had a lot of fun. The fee was only $35 USD per person and it was worth our money. The 2 hour class was worth our time.

Anna did an amazing job engaging the group and keeping us entertained. We learnt a lot about the process of extracting and processing chocolate. We also got to have lots of chocolate and make our own chocolate to bring home, which was a ton of fun! Really family friendly.

Paula was fantastic teacher. Class was actually educational and very fun.
