Great transfer

Excellent transfer with xact. Driver a little early due to maybe heavier traffic.

Very professionals

Great experience from start to finish. The driver picked us up from the hotel right on time, and after we arrived at the airport, the support team made sure we got there safely. Very professional service and excellent customer care throughout.

事業者からの返答

Thank you for your kind review sir! Hope to see you again in Barcelona.

A little hiccup

The driver was on time. However, I needed to change pick up time but could never get them to respond that they received new pick up time. They did show up at the new time but I wasn’t sure.

事業者からの返答

Thank you very much for your kind review and for the 5 stars. We’re glad to hear that the driver arrived on time and that the transfer went smoothly. Regarding the pickup time change, we received an email from nita@jimdarnell.com on March 11 requesting to change the pickup time for the ride on April 5, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 AM, and we confirmed that the change was arranged accordingly. The day before the ride, on April 4, we received another email confirming the details, and we replied the same day in less than 3 hours to reconfirm everything. In that message we also asked for a WhatsApp number so we could stay in contact and make the pickup even easier, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a response. We’re happy everything worked out well in the end and that the driver was there at the correct time. Thank you again for choosing our service, and we hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Barcelona.

事業者からの返答

Dear Atinah, we sincerely apologize. This was entirely our fault and there is no excuse for leaving you stranded after your flight. We issued a full refund as this situation was completely unacceptable. We have taken steps to make sure this never happens again. We are truly sorry for the stress we caused you.

Naveen was a fantastic driver—punctual, professional, and even early in the morning. Highly recommend! This is a tour you should must do when you go to Barcelona.
