Great activities to enjoy in Dubai
Naveed was an expert guide and photographer. He drove us to the desert smoothly and we got plenty of nice photos. The package includes private hotel pick up and drop off, sand bashing, sand boarding, camel ride and buffet dinner. We spend great time and enjoy the activities they have provided for 7 hours from 14:30 - 21:30 and arrived hotel at 22:30
We have tried the emirati cuisine at the camp. However, you need to pay extra for Can-Am buggy ride 1000 AED , picture with falcon 70 AED, alcohol drink starting from 50 AED and henna paint starting from 60 AED at the camp.

The food, entertainment,...
The food, entertainment, and tours were all terrible. There was no one to look after you; you had to figure everything out yourself. Definitely look for another tour company.

Dear Kenan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. The Desert Safari package booked is our standard shared experience, which includes shared seating, shared camp facilities, and self-service access to activities such as henna painting, shisha in the designated area, and traditional attire for photos. These inclusions and arrangements are outlined in the tour description to help guests understand the nature of the experience prior to booking.
During your visit, our team was present at the camp to assist guests. Optional upgrades, including private seating and table-service shisha, were available for those who preferred a more exclusive setup. We understand you chose to proceed with the free package.
Our buffet dinner and live entertainment are provided daily and are enjoyed by many guests. While we consistently receive positive feedback, we also understand that personal preferences may differ.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and remain committed to delivering enjoyable experiences for all our guests.
Kind regards

Our driver, Nawaz, was outstanding—very professional, skilled, and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride and adjusted the experience perfectly while keeping it exciting. His driving skills and calm nature made the entire safari enjoyable and memorable.

Worth it but long and everyone will sell you something
You will love the experience, the timings between the shows are a bit long. Many people left as it became boring waiting for the next ‘act’ to start. Food was lovely and the guides were friendly. It was sad to see the amount of rubbish and water bottles in the desert.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your honest and balanced review.
We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overall desert safari experience, the food, and the hospitality of our guides. At the same time, we appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the waiting time between shows.
The camp entertainment schedule is designed to give guests time to relax, enjoy the facilities, and take part in optional activities, but we understand that preferences can vary and we'll certainly take your comments into consideration.
We also share your concern regarding litter in natural desert areas. Preserving the beauty of the desert is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Thank you for spending your evening with us, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Dubai.
Best regards,
