Large amount of delicious food . Thoroughly recommend the longer camel ride at Sunset. Wear a sweater in winter

From hotel pickup to drop-off, everything was perfectly organized. The camel ride was peaceful and magical, and the desert views were unforgettable. The Al Khayma camp is beautiful, clean, and very well managed, with plenty of cultural activities. The BBQ dinner had a great variety and the live shows — especially the fire show — were fantastic. Our guide Syed was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We had some last-minute request on Buggy ride which he was able to accommodate timely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai — great value and truly memorable.

Our desert safari guide- Yasir was absolutely outstanding and made the entire experience unforgettable. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, instantly putting us at ease. Their driving during the dune bashing was both thrilling and safe, and it was clear they had exceptional skill and experience navigating the desert. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves, always checking in, answering questions, and sharing interesting insights about the desert and local culture. They also knew all the best spots for photos and took the time to capture amazing pictures for us, especially during the sunset. What really set our guide apart was their genuine passion and positive energy—it made the safari feel personal rather than just another tour. Thanks to them, the experience felt seamless, exciting, and well-organized from start to finish.

I highly recommend this trip for families! I wanted to find a trip without dunebashing but still with loads of activities for my 6-year old girl. I was not disappointed! We were (safely) driven directly out to a lovely, wellkept large camp, where our guide Amr Hassan was very sure to show us around, answer all our questions and make very sure we’d know how to find him after. In the camp, we could choose if we wanted to participate in the longer camel ride. My daughter got a helmet and there were thorough instructions as to how to be around the camels. When my daughter was too afraid to ride the camels, that was not a problem at all. We got henna tattoos (girls only), got to hold a falcon, play on the trampoline, shoot play-arrows, feed baby camels, say hello to the horses, try Arabic snacks, buy a headdress and have it bound properly for us and a bunch of other stuff. The food was amazing. All in all: a very safe experience where we felt very welcome and a lot of fun, kids and adults alike.

It was fun riding the camels with our camel captain leading by rope. He took photos. That in itself is worth the price. People running the event are friendly. Food was plentiful but average. Entertainment average. Transportation was excellent! Fed baby camels!
