Well this is a First……. From the night before I was expecting a pickup time by email or phone call, but nothing. Come the morning of the trip I got a countdown on the booking app, which stated 23 mins. After that the App said the pickup will be there at 11:00 am…. 1 hour 30mins later I’m still here waiting. I wish I had read the reviews earlier before booking. I think it’s down to availability and over booking. And hoping people won’t apply for Refunds….

Do not book!! They are scammers
They never showed up. We confirmed and paid and they never showed up at pick up location. We paid for a taxi to take us to the beach and they still weren’t there. They are scammers DO NOT BOOK

Highly Recommend!!
This boat ride experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The views were beautiful, the ride was smooth and relaxing, and the overall vibe was perfect.
Derly, our host, was outstanding,friendly, professional, and so welcoming. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it really shows.
I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great time on the water. I can’t wait to do it again!

My visit was god until we received a what’s app msg that the boat engine was not working
Boat activity was cancelled. The message was sent to one of my friends that the engine is damaged and that we should reschedule but I leave tomorrow so rescheduling is a no no.

Bachelorette party
Everyone is super friendly. We had a blast on the boat. We saw a lot of fish during the snorkelling portion :). We felt so welcomed!

Lack of communication and poor customer service.
Received a message 1 hour before pickup stating the boat was damaged and they are unable to do tour. I was told that A refund would be generated and it was not requested. Had to make notification to Viator about the cancellation and refund.
