Bateaux Mouches® スペシャル・バスティーユ・デイ・ディナークルーズ（パリ）

This was a fantastic experience. Food was good, views spectacular. They also celebrate birthdays with a huge firework sparkler on the dessert! My only complaint is that once we got to the port, it was hard to find exactly where to board our boat, since there were many boats in the same area.

A wonderful dinner cruise on Bastille Day with fireworks at the Eiffel Tour. Boarding was efficient and effortless. Once seated, a glass of champagne, followed by 5-courses of food and a bottle of wine. A cruise along the Seine with live music. Service was unrushed, but never felt as slow - it is Paris. After dinner docked near the Eiffel Tour for the fantastic Fėte Nationale fireworks display.

Did not get to go on cruise, directions to the port site was wrong taxi cab in Paris even took us to wrong location, very very upset and pissed off, unbelievable, lost over $550 euros for nothing

I accidentally booked my parents dinner for the wrong night during their trip to Paris, but Adrian was so kind to accommodate them anyways. he was super sweet to my parents and made them feel very welcomed his great service and help saved their last night in paris. Thanks so much Adrian!

Scandalous: at the price of 115 euros per person. I book for 5 and am told the reservation is for 2! Even though I paid well for 4!! The dishes were cold, the chairs were not comfortable, in short, a fiasco. I do not recommend it!!!!! To flee

I booked at the end of June 2021 a dinner/fireworks cruise for last July 14. The company of the Paris fly boats cashed the 360€ but despite a cancellation requested 15 days before the cruise and the cruise not having taken place anyway (Covid-19 obliges) I had no refund. Despite several calls and e-mails sent to this company, I have no response. Attention ⚠️ this company is not serious. I would even say it's a SCAM!!!

Paris is superb and the little cruise is always nice, but it feels like nothing has changed for decades... It would be enough to improve access and exit, change seats, renew comments, reduce delays at the beginning and end. Paris really deserves better!!

WARNING the boat stays at dock for fireworks! Paying double for not having the opportunity to get closer is just a scam! You could have said it! We stayed at the dock until 9pm because the boat was not complete (normal considering the price) we started eating before the cruise even started! The starter was good but the cooking of the lamb was not pink! I couldn't even drink my coffee. The table is cleared during the fires. The aperitif is served before appetizers and I did not wait to serve myself the drink otherwise I would have had nothing to drink during the cruise! Very disappointed

Dinner cruise that did not go according to the usual route. Apart from the illuminated Eiffel Tower, that’s all we saw. As for dinner, it is far from a gourmet meal! Foie gras (one slice) no special preparation or presentation. The veal with a few small vegetables, not the tastiest! A sweet dessert! All for 99€! I don't recommend it.
