Driver was communicating with us with details how to meet him he even send picture and details of the car and what he was wearing
Excellent communication with this service. Driver picked us up , even messaging beforehand to say he was available if we were early
The driver sent me a message and ask if I was ready. Told him 15 minutes, said he’d see me in 20. This is exceptional, he checked in a little over an hour before our scheduled pickup time, so instead of us waiting, he came early!

We have used this service twice so far in Barcelona. Flying in they picked us up- was a little tricky finding our driver as he was using his cell phone as his sign which was very hard to see until we called him and got his exact location. We also used them for our pickup from the cruise port back to our hotel. Met us directly as we disembarked and handled all our luggage quickly and somehow managed to get it all into a smallish car. A bit more expensive than a cab but was nice to make the big rangers easy as we were tired and traveling with a 3 year old. Great communication, friendly and clean.

Driver was very communicative. He was waiting right outside the port gate with a name sign in hand. Driving in the port area can be very hectic, but he handled it like a pro.

We were expecting a nice private car with someone wearing a suit waiting for us inside the terminal with our name on a sign. What we got was a Prius taxi and a guy in casual clothes. We only had to wait about 15 minutes and he was nice, but it wasn't what we expected or thought we booked.

Our first driver was not on time and arrived around 15 min late due to traffic. Sent a small Prius taxi for transport from the cruise port for a reservation for 4 adults. We could not fit our luggage in it and had to wait approximately 20 min in the heat for another taxi which was also small. We all had to have bags on our laps.
