- タイの熱帯雨は通常長続きしないため、ツアーは雨天決行となります。 雨が強まった場合は避難場所を探すようにしており、天候が回復し次第継続する。 梅雨の時期には、レインコートやポンチョを持っていくと安心です。 天候によるキャンセルは返金の対象となりませんのでご注意ください。
- バンコクの交通は混雑が激しいことが多いので、ご来館のお客様には時間厳守をお願いしております。 待ち合わせ場所の近くの駅へはBTS（スカイトレイン）やMRT（メトロ）で行くのがおすすめ。 当社のツアーはグループ制のため、集合予定時間後、最大10分程度お待ちいただけます。 この猶予期間を過ぎると、ガイドがツアーを開始します。 時間に間に合わない場合は、ツアー開始前にお知らせください。 可能な場合は、次の予約可能な時間帯や曜日に変更できるよう最善を尽くしますが、変更手数料がかかります。 到着が遅れた場合でも返金はいたしません。
