Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. First, our tour listing clearly states that lunch is NOT INCLUDED in this package. We are therefore unsure why your review suggests that a meal was promised as part of the tour. Regarding Rick's Cafe, it is one of Jamaica's most popular attractions and can become extremely busy, particularly during peak hours. While we understand your frustration with the wait time, food service at Rick's Cafe is managed entirely by their restaurant staff and is unfortunately outside of our control. Our driver informed us that your food order was placed, but before it was delivered, you chose to leave the restaurant and return to the vehicle. As a gesture of goodwill, our driver then took you and your friend to a local restaurant so you could enjoy authentic Jamaican cuisine. We are also surprised by this review, as our tour guide reported that you and your friend expressed that you had a great time throughout the day. In fact, you later contacted us about booking additional nightlife experiences with our company. We certainly regret that your dining experience at Rick's Cafe did not meet your expectations. However, it is important to distinguish between services provided by our company and those operated by third-party venues. We remain committed to delivering enjoyable, professional tours and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these facts.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify, your booking was for the Bamboo Rafting tour only. While other options such as the Catamaran Cruise and Rick’s Café were available, they were not included in your reservation, so we could only provide the tour that was booked and paid for. As you were arriving by cruise ship, detailed meeting instructions were sent by email. We also attempted to contact you by phone and email when there was difficulty locating you, but did not receive a response. Our driver was waiting at the designated meeting point. Regarding lunch, the driver made the scheduled lunch stop, but your request to be dropped off and picked up an hour later was not possible due to the tour schedule and your required return time to the ship. We were surprised by the comments regarding the driver, as Bamboo Rafting is one of our most popular tours and you were assigned one of our most experienced drivers. Despite the language barrier, he did his best to assist your group throughout the day. At the end of the tour, all six members of your group expressed their appreciation and indicated that they had enjoyed the experience. While we respect all feedback, we do not believe this review accurately reflects what occurred during the tour.

For your reservation, the booking information transmitted to us showed a Bamboo Rafting tour only, and our team fulfilled all services associated with that reservation. We understand that you received confirmations that appeared to include additional activities, and we can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to expect a catamaran cruise and Rick's Café visit only to learn otherwise on the day of your tour. Unfortunately, tour inclusions, pricing, and booking details are managed by the booking platform, and local operators do not have the ability to modify or add services that are not included in the reservation provided to us. We are pleased that Jason and Romeo made a positive impression despite the circumstances, and we will be sure to share your kind words with them.
