Donni our driver was very good. Safe, on time and courteous. We were his first Australian customers and he was excited to ask us questions. Only been driving in Bali a few months but we felt completely safe in his hands. Great driving.
This transfer is not worth the money and is very much overpriced. Both times we used this company the driver was very late. The first transfer from Sanur to Candidasa was meant to pick us up at 12noon he was an hour and a half late. The next transfer from Candidasa to Nusa Dua we were meant to be picked up at 11am. At 12noon we found out the driver was going to be an hour and a half away so we told the company to cancel the transfer and give us a refund - which they did not do. They never told the driver we canceled and the driver still turned up to Candidasa. If you are getting internal transfers book direct with the property you are staying with. We paid AUD139 per way for this transfer via viator when direct we could have booked for AUD70 per way without needing to wait
Zacky’s car was clean, spacious and comfortable and he stopped at a local Batik along the way from my hotel in Seminyak to Ubud. I was leaving my travel partner and I started crying in the car because I missed him and Zacky was so kind trying to make me laugh and giving me tissues. He was so kind and professional and made the drive so nice.
We hired a driver through Maharaja Tours to drive us from our Ubud hotel to Canggu Villa. The driver arrived early and waited for us while we checked out of our hotel. He was very welcoming and accommodating, showing us around as we made our way from Ubud to Canggu. He made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and book again.
