I attended this class with my husband. Both of us are Peruvian American but I hate to admit that while I love to eat Peruvian food, I don't know how to prepare any of it, or at least I didn't. My husband and I are feeling more confident in trying some of these recipes on our own. Rafael, our teacher was great...so skillful, giving us both a little history of the food, and showing how simple it can be. He truly showed us his love for cooking and his appreciation for all that Peruvian cuisine has to offer. I highly recommend this class.

Rafael is very attentive and teaches a lot about Peruvian culture and gastronomy. The dishes are delicious and the preparation tips really leave us confident to repeat at home. It's worth it!

We had a really good time. The food was amazing. Awesome tips, easy recipes. I would highly recommended for anyone that wants to learn how to cook some popular Peruvian dishes.

Delicious, informative and fun! We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the lunch and brought back to the hotel enough leftovers for a wonderful dinner. Highly recommend.

What a fun afternoon! I’d call it more of a demonstration than a cooking class. We didn’t have as much hands on cooking as I’ve had in other classes of this kind. Nonetheless, we had a blast and learned a ton - all while eating great food!

We arrived early and got started right away. Rafael immediately recognized that only one out of the four of us spoke any Spanish so he taught the entire class using impeccable English. Rafael had a wealth of knowledge which he happily shared with our group. The food was delicious! He started the evening off with a fruit sampling. We learned how to make a delicious Pisco Sour with Pisco Acholado, followed up with Ceviche (sea bass), Causa de Atún (tuna) con Palta, and Lomo Saltado. All of the prep-work was handled by Rafael, which allowed us to focus on balancing all the flavors. He ended the night with a serving of delicious cheesecake and blueberry ice cream. That we didn’t make. Thanks for a great night.

It was the best idea I made to experienced this day.. chef was increíble so respectful made us feel super comfortable the food was delicious my son loved it he enjoyed every minute we had a fun time
