Such an awesome way to experience a new city!
Thank you for joining us in Austin! We’re so happy the tour was such an awesome way to experience a new city. Donuts, churros, tacos, and a little local flavor are exactly how we like to show off the Live Music Capital of the World. My college-aged daughter and I were gifted this Austin donut tour. We are from Austin and have often been to South Congress, but with this tour we did/ate (some) things we typically wouldn't do. I would say this isn't really a donut tour. The group I went with agreed it should be called a "Donuts, Bites, and Sites" tour. On our tour we ate donuts, tacos, churros, and gelato. (I assume this could change from time to time). Our tour guide was new, so they were still finding their flow, but we enjoyed this opportunity to learn some facts we didn't know about South Congress, see some sites we hadn't seen, and taste some delicious foods from businesses we don't typically patronize. Type: Walking Tour - Mostly Flat Length: 1.5-2 hours Three Breaks to Sit (about 10 minutes each). Indoor/Outdoor Bring water and sun protection

While our company name is Underground Donut Tour, as we expand into cities with fewer donut shops, we also highlight local sweets and treats. Our tours are listed as up to two hours to allow for larger groups, though many finish closer to 90 minutes. We appreciate the feedback, especially as your guide finds their flow, and we’d love the chance to earn that fifth star on a future tour!
What a fun way to experience South Congress! Our guide, Kimberly, was friendly, welcoming, and did a great job sharing the history and local stories while keeping the tour relaxed and engaging. The food stops were all delicious, and it was a great mix of Austin culture, sightseeing, and sweet treats. I especially enjoyed learning things I would have walked right past on my own. The pace was comfortable, there was plenty of time for photos, and the recommendations for places to come back and visit later were a nice bonus. If you're visiting Austin or even if you're a local looking for something different, I definitely recommend checking out the Underground Donut Tour. Thanks for a great morning!

If you are visiting Austin and want to hit some hotspots on a short walking tour, this is a must do! With snacks in some iconic places, we walked, learned about the city and were able to get some awesome pics! We visited a few shops I otherwise wouldn’t have! Our tour guide Kimberly was so sweet!

Today I went on the Donut Food Tour with Kimberly, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The combination of delicious food, fascinating history, and storytelling made for a wonderful experience. Even though I’ve lived in Austin for nearly 30 years, I still learned so many new and interesting things about my city. The tour was well organized and had a great flow from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to both visitors and locals.
