I experience with hight quality of tour service by Magdalena , Robert (Bus 13) and their guide Magda. Got the important information of this special tour and it was totally worth the value of money and time, which last for 6 hours picking-taking back to the confirmed point. I have ordered lunch box and I was totally fine all time long. I highly recommend it to you.
Coach 13 picked us up and was on time made to feel welcome and driver was spot on

Was a great tour from the driver that picked us up at the hotel to the tour guide on bus 13 Magdalene. The only thing I could fault was we didn’t get dropped off at our hotel which isn’t a complaint as we had planned on going into the old town for dinner but someone that isn’t they will need to get back to there hotel by uber or bolt. The tour guide at Auschwitz was incredible had lots of information on both camps. I would definitely recommend this company to book with.

We did our tour with bus 13. The booking and pickup were both easy. The bus ride was comfortable. The tour and experience was very well done and was once in a lifetime. The length was as advertised. All staff was kind and respectful. Would highly recommend.

Our trip was cancelled last minute, which left no time to book onto another reasonably priced alternative. I've read lots of similar stories which makes you wonder if they're transferring their guides onto the higher priced, more expensive and more profitable tours. Terrible service and to hide behind a falsehood of a blackout being the reason to cancel but email a different reason makes me suspect this is deliberate. Be careful when booking your tour. Disgusting abuse of tourism.

Very disappointing organization. We booked the tour expecting a reasonable departure time, only to be informed the day before that our pickup had been changed to 5:20 AM. Apparently, this is not unusual: the operator confirms the actual pickup time only shortly before the tour, meaning a tour you book for a convenient time can end up requiring you to wake up in the middle of the night. The Auschwitz-Birkenau visit itself was worthwhile, but customers should be made much more clearly aware of this possibility before booking. Had we known our departure could be moved to 5:20 AM, we would have chosen another option.
