Great option for a full day of trekking, the whole landscape is spectacular, the river, the alpacas and the lagoons. Thanks to Yessi our guide who had the best attitude, was on the lookout and supported us in everything.

Humantay treck was closed as an alternative we were offered either 7 lagoon or rainbow mountain. We chose to do Asungate 7 Lagoon tour. It was PHENOMENAL! We were picked up from our place smack ON TIME, driven 3 hrs to the start of the hike. Our tour guide was Rafael. Very sweet guy. The breakfast is basic but good and you need those carbs to go ahead with the treck. By paying 80 Soles a horse can be rented...if you need the ride on the return, the price is 120 soles. The experience is amazing, you get to see the Alpacas in their natural habitat, What an amazing this has been. Thank you to the tour company and our guide and our driver for making this an unforgettable experience.

It is a great tour, long and requires some effort the hike, but the experience is very good and worth it. We were touched by the great guide Jessi, who treated us very friendly, funny and above all politely. She was amazing and on top of that she is a spectacular photographer. Thank you!!!

An amazing experience. Magical trekking route where you can observe indigenous flora and fauna with ease. Our Guide, Rafael, a 10 in every way. It is worth doing this route with him, know every stone of the road and all the local stories. Raul, the driver, super friendly and cautious in his driving. In every way an unforgettable experience.

From Cusco to Pacchanta it is approximately 3 hours, they pick you up at 4.30 am from your hostel. (90 soles) You arrive at the place and they give you a buffet breakfast before starting the walk, which is 12.5 km round trip. A very quiet trail and very nice views. I recommend bringing sunscreen, trekking shoes and light clothing, as well as hydration. You must be back having lunch before 2:30 p.m. if you want to bathe in some thermal pools. The lunch buffet was very bad, little food and the worst thing is that they were cold. For the thermal baths you must pay 5 soles separately to people who are supposed to clean the bathrooms and dressing rooms (men in a state of intoxication) with unsanitary baths, which even had beer bottles inside. A real disgust, zero recommended. Finally the trip returns to Cusco with a duration of 3 more hours.
