デヴァッサ山の近くには、歴史的価値のある水道橋「九窓の壁」があります。 サント・アントニオ教区の豊かな水は、17世紀から18世紀にかけて、当時ポンタ・デルガダで感じられた水不足を克服する水道橋の建設につながった。 そのアーチの上 ― ― 「9つの窓」と呼ばれる ― ― は、カナリオ湖の面積から捉えた水を通過しました。 「九つの窓の壁」はポンタ・デルガダの自治体サービスの介入によって、徐々に劣化していく状態から救われ、かつての記念碑的な状態に戻された。
標高845メートルラゴア・デ・サンティアゴ、ラゴア・ラサ、ラゴア・ベルデ、ラゴア・アスルへの眺め。
クメイラスに位置するこの視点は、ビスタ・ド・レイの視点とは逆の遠近法で、セテ・シダーデス火口とその周辺の美しさを楽しむことができる。 反対側には、サンミゲル島北部の海岸と牛が点在する緑の牧草地を望むことができる。
セテ・シダーデスカルデラの直径はおよそ5km、深さは400mである。 火山の最高地点は標高845m。 Cumeeiras das Sete Cidadesと呼ばれるその縁は、アゾレス諸島最大の火山性カルデラの1つであるセテ・シダデス・カルデラの山頂を取り囲む歩行者用トレイルとして機能し、内部にはラゴア・デ・サンティアゴ、ラゴア・ラサ、ラゴア・アスルとラゴア・ベルデの4つのラグーンがあり、互いにつながっている。 後者はアゾレス諸島観光のメインの絵葉書であり、非海洋水域のカテゴリーにおけるポルトガルの7大自然の1つである。 ラグーンの名前の由来となった色の背後には、青い目の王女と緑目の羊飼いの愛についての有名なセテ・シダーデスの伝説があるが、実際には、ラゴア・ヴェルデは斜面が閉鎖的であり、そのため周囲の植生からの反射を多く受けるのに対し、青い方は大きく、空からの反射を多く受けることが色の違いである

This was one of my favorite tours of the trip!! We went on the road and off road to some amazing viewpoints. Worth every $/€ spent because it was so much fun to drive the buggy, but also take in all the breathtaking views. The tour was 4 hours long, and honestly I was sad when it ended. Thank you for such a perfect day! 🙂🩵

This tour was incredible! I went with a friend and we had so much fun. Pedro was our guide and he was fantastic. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, took pictures at every stop we went to, he prioritized safety, truly everything you would want from a guide. If you book this tour, and you absolutely should, make sure you bring a mask or a scarf that covers your face, and goggles for your eyes. The dust was so intense. That’s the one thing I wish was stated on the website or would have been provided upon arrival. Make sure you wear clothes that you’re ok with getting dirty because they will be caked in dust. This was one of the highlights of my trip to the Azores. Thanks Pedro!
