Man nearly died on our ATV tour. Poorly maintained vehicles, minimal instruction and dirty and ineffective safety gear. I do not recommend!

Very disappointing experience with Kuber Bali. I intended to book 2 ATVs, but my booking ended up showing 4, and I was charged double. We only used 2 ATVs. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful. When I raised the issue on-site, they told me to contact my booking agent for a refund. However, when I followed up, the refund was refused, and I was repeatedly redirected between the operator and the agent without a clear resolution. As a customer, I expected a clear explanation and proper assistance. Instead, I felt brushed off, with both sides passing responsibility. The issue remains unresolved, and I am very disappointed with the service and handling of my complaint. I did not cancel at the last minute—I attended and used 2 ATVs. However, I was charged for 4. Your staff told me on-site to contact my booking agent for a refund, but it was later refused. Being passed back and forth without a resolution is extremely disappointing.

Booked through our private driver Madde, he insisted this eas the best and boy was he right!! We went as family with a bike each and my 8year old on with me. He loved it so much giggling all the way You get to drive for about 1 ½ hours through the beautiful scenery. Paddy fields, villages, caves and a beautiful waterfall where we stopped to take pictures After all that fun it was back to the start for 10 mins of fun splashing around and cooling down in a water track that was great fun and very appreciated in the Bali heat Would reccomend this so much

Bitte nicht buchen, es ist zwar eine schöne Strecke, doch man steht nur im Stau!!! Please don't book it!!! It is too croudy and too many people here, no manager, always traffic, I have become a headache!!!!!
