I was really looking forward to tour booked 2 weeks ahead of time, Tour was canceled 15 mins before start time. As we were 5 mins from meeting location we received text tour was cancelled. Very disappointed

A cancellation 15 minutes before the tour, especially while you were already close to the meeting location, is not acceptable and does not reflect the standard we aim to provide at Premium Paradise Tours. The cancellation was caused by an unexpected last-minute issue with the scheduled tour guide. Even though this situation was outside of our control in the moment, the impact was on you, and for that we take full responsibility. Unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed was mainly very fast driving and not really relaxed. You really won't be able to snorkel or swim on the beaches since you're really only there for a moment we really expected more of it!
