The staff were very kind and helpful, and the organization was well managed. Everything went smoothly without any delays.
The place we visited after the ATV ride was also very nice.
However, the biggest issue is that I would not recommend this experience unless you are an experienced ATV rider. The roads are not flat; they are steep, uneven, and very challenging. The vehicle can easily slide, and it was quite difficult to control. Overall, it was a very challenging experience for me. And I did not see waterfall.

No need to explain. This is the best ATV track you find in Ubud.
The price is very low. The complimentary lunch at the restaurant is amazing

Ride was great, organization was poor.
The experience was excellent, so full marks! The booking and organization were very poor. I booked a premium ATV through Viator, and the provider claimed that I only booked basic, even though the provider confirmed my ticket in advance. I had to argue for a long time and wait an hour before I was allowed to ride premium. The ride was great, but the experience with the provider and the booking was not.

Sunrise and Coffee Shop
The whole experience was awesome! The communication with great and the driver was very kind!
Compared with another package this is the cheapest.
It was so much more fun to go to the top of Mount Batur with the Jeep rather than walking!
I recommend everyone to book this tour! You won't regret it.
The views from Mount Batur are breathtakingly awesome.
At the end of the trip, we visit a coffee shop. The coffee shop is incredible, with a lot of coffee variants and so many photo spots. We really like it.
A must-do when you are in Bali.
