Great day about a five hour experience. My son’s first experience on ATVs and in a helicopter… beautiful views over Reykjavík. The helicopter ride was very smooth….a fun experience!

Everything was super easy to figure out and I had an amazing experience! The drive was waiting at my pickup spot before I was even there. I was lucky enough to accidentally get a private tour for the ATV tour and got Pedro as my guide! He was amazing and gave a great time! The helicopter tour was also great and I was transported from the ATV tour to the airport where the helicopter tour took place and then it was an easy walk back into Reykjavik from the airport.

Two very cool tours combined into one great experience. You’re picked up and brought to Safari Quads. After receiving a helmet, optional protective weather gear, and a short introduction, you’re ready to go. The automatic ATVs are easy to handle, even for beginners. The tour is diverse from town roads to get to gravel paths and steeper rocky hills. The guides are warm, funny, and adapt to the group’s pace. I highly recommend booking one ATV per person — it’s so worth it. Afterwards, you’re dropped off directly at Norðurflug for the helicopter tour. The flight offers breathtaking views of the ocean, city, mountains, hot springs, and recent volcanic fields. We landed between snowy mountains near hot springs, where we took a quick look around. You can take photos as you please an I think it’s definitely worth the price — I’d recommend it to anyone and would even do it again anytime.

It was my first time on quad bikes, and I absolutely loved it! Everything was perfectly organized and thought out down to the smallest detail. I want to give a special thanks to my amazing guide, Weronika — she was truly exceptional! Friendly, patient, and professional, she made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her positive energy and care for every detail really stood out. It was also my first time flying in a helicopter, and I enjoyed it so much. The helicopter pilot was fascinating as well!

We had the absolute best time on our Safari Quads adventure, and a huge part of that was thanks to Weronika! From the very beginning, she made everyone feel welcome and at ease. Her instructions were super clear and easy to follow, which made us feel confident even if we didn’t have much ATV experience. What stood out the most was her energy and enthusiasm — she kept the whole group smiling and laughing while also making sure we were safe and comfortable. She shared fun facts about the area and knew the best spots for photos, so we came away with great memories and some amazing pictures. Also wanted to thank Arthur who picked us up from our hotel. If you’re booking with Safari Quads, I can’t recommend Weronika enough. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour unforgettable. Pickup was provided and arrived on time. Weather was wet and some participants cancelled so we ended up with a private tour with our guide, Arthur. He thoroughly explained the operation as I had never driven an ATV before. He was great! We had a wonderful time. Reached the top of a mountain over Reykjavik. Great view. Our time was good so we were able to take a longer ride back. The trail went through tall Lupine and was very pretty. Arthur then drove us to domestic airport for our helicopter adventure which surpassed expectations!!

My wife and I had an amazing time with Safari Quads. The instructor was professional and very knowledgeable. He made sure we were safe at all times and allowed us to enjoy a carefree ATV adventure. Highly recommended. Our helicopter excursion was equally amazing. Our pilot was also professional, knowledgeable and super funny. We had a wonderful time. Also highly recommended!!!
