Very good, the pickup was fast and agile. I had high expectations and they did give me the quad experience, the cenotes are pretty, the zipline was exciting and I had a very delicious lunch… we hope to visit you in the near future. Thank you

I had the best time at the Kin-Ha cenotes. The jumps were great and staff were so nice! The whole place is amazing
Very nice experience, the cenotes offered are magnificent. And the zipline jump into the 2nd cenote is also an incredible experience! The price might change from one agency to another, we paid 1900 mxn per person, a bit expensive in my opinion but happy to have done it nonetheless 😊
Great experience staff were very friendly and accommodating had a great time I would recommend it
Endless waiting because they sell insurance and collect payments first. There are two cenotes that you get crammed into with 20 other people. Miserably loud and stressful... The zip lines are a joke, the ATVs are dangerously defective, and the food is pretty good as pig slop. In addition, it is forbidden to take photos yourself, in order to buy blurry pictures from the team afterwards for $80 US. Across the board ridiculous and not even worth a fraction of the money.
From the moment we got there, down to our transportation back to our hotel at Dreams Jade with our driver Christian, every moment was full of adventure! We were a group of 20 people, and some drove single ATVs while others drove in pairs. The instructions were very clear on how to be safe during the trip. We ATV'd to the first cenote that had 2 ziplines at heights of 5 meters high and 10 meters high!~ As someone who is afraid of heights, I ziplined the 10 meter one and no regrets AT ALL! They allowed us to swim in the 1st cenote for about 20 minutes, then we ATV'd to the 2nd cenote which was a hidden cave with a 5 meter jump into a black hole! The water here was so refreshing and cool, and the only source of light coming in is from the hole you just jumped from! We finished the trip with zip lining through the jungle! Amazing experience throughout! All the staff were friendly, highly recommend!! 10/10! Best for groups! Oh and they also provide lockers for your valuables!!!
Dear Traveler, Thank you so much for choosing to spend your day with us and for bringing your amazing group of 20! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your time at Cenote Kin-Ha was packed with adventure from start to finish. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to Christian; he will be delighted to know he helped round out your trip back to Dreams Jade on such a high note. A massive congratulations on conquering your fear of heights on the 10-meter zipline! Taking that leap is no small feat, and we are so glad you did it with zero regrets. It sounds like you really made the most of the entire circuit—from feeling secure on the ATVs with our safety instructions, to the refreshing 5-meter jump into our hidden cave cenote, all the way to the final jungle ziplines. Thank you for highlighting our friendly staff and for the 10/10 recommendation. We loved hosting your group and hope to welcome you all back for another unforgettable adventure in the jungle! Warm regards, The Team at Cenotes Kin-Ha
Some of family had yet to see a Cenote. After a little searching, we decided this one would be best for us. The Cenote is close to Puerto Morelos (about 20km west) They do offer other activities as well, ATV and zip line...we didnt do those. The place was very nice...restaurant, tequila tasting, all covered with add on buildings, change rooms and bathrooms all working well. The first Cenote was right at the facility, all with nice concrete pathways and several covered sitting areas to relax and enjoy. Two ways to enter, jump about 5 meters down through a medium size hole and splash down, or walk down the stairs to a large platform where you can either jump in or climb a ladder into the water. It was well lit down in the Cenote and the water was nice a cool. The second Cenote was about a 15 minute ride...in the back of a half ton with a broken muffler that spewed exhaust into the box of the truck. The road was fairly bumpy, but not a big deal as the driver was very cautious driver. Just the fumes was a bit much. The second Cenote was a very large hole...probably 20 meters across with several ways to get into water. First was two levels of zip lines...one at 5 meters, second at 10 meters off the water. This was the first go to by most water seekers. I also enjoyed the 10 meter zip line. The zip line goes from shore to shore and you let go part way across splashing down into the water. Second was a jumping platform with various heights from 2 meters upto 15 meters up in the air. I also did the 15 meter jump... thrilling to say the least Finally, you could go down a set of stairs and walk yourself right into the water. Nice for the non thrill seekers. Back at the facility, we were served a very tasty meal which was a nice top off for the activity. Recommended to go, it was a lot of fun.
Hola from Puerto Morelos! Thank you for the detailed review and props for doing both the 10m zip line and the 15m jump in one day. You're absolutely right about the transport truck: the muffler is being fixed , exhaust in the cabin is not the standard for the ride between cenotes. Next time you bring family, write to us at luis@kinhaexperience.com and we'll have everything set up for you. The Kin-Ha team
I picked the package where I did everything offered. The pickup was very prompt, so if they 9, its going to be 9. Once we go to the location we sat and went over the details of the day. The first thing I did was the horse back riding, and it was boring compared to other horse back riding I've done in places like Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We rode for what seemed like 5 minutes forward and then turned around 5 minutes back. Then we did the first jump into the cenote. This was so much fun and beautiful. There were about 16 of us and everyone seemed to have loved it. Then we rode the atvs to the se and cenote location which was about 8 minutes away. The atv ride was also fun. The second cenote was beautiful and the water felt great. They had different levels to jump from and also a zip line where you could drop off into the water. I did the highest jump which they called "El loco". When I went over I did a horrible jump and went cest down from 45 feet and it definitely knocked the wind out of me, but im glad I was 1 of the 3 to do it. We had about 15 there and then we rode back. I was supposed to do another zip line, but I was over it after the flop I had at the cenote. Lunch was not that good and I felt weird when the lady put a big bottle on the table that said tips, which I planed to tip but I think they should already have the jar on the table instead of bringing it as you eat. When the driver came to pick us up he seemed as if he was rushing us and I didn't like that, but he got us all back safe.
Hi Ricardo, first of all, respect for taking on "El Loco." You were one of only three guests that day to do the 45-foot jump, and a belly flop from that height is a story you'll be telling for years. Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback; reviews like yours are how we actually get better. A few things I want to address directly: You're absolutely right about the tip jar. Bringing it to the table during your meal puts guests in an awkward position, and that's on us. We're changed the protocol so any optional tipping happens discreetly at the end of the experience, never during service. On the lunch quality and the driver's pace at pickup both are valid points I'm taking to the team personally. The moments around the cenote experience matter as much as the jumps themselves, and we missed the mark there. On the horseback ride: it's designed as a short scenic interlude within a packed day, not a standalone trail experience like the ones you enjoy before. I hear you that the duration felt thin for guests who want a longer ride, we can build that into a custom package on request. I'd like to host you personally and show you the version of Cenote Kin-Ha we're building toward Luis Sanchez
Worst trip my family and I ever had. The scenery was okay, but the staff. The main guide was rushing us everywhere we go, maybe 10 minutes in the water each, and then he tells you to get out and go to the next spot. The guide has very rude attitude, as if he was doing us a favor that he did not want to do (after accepting the payment). Did not explain anything, just short, effortless instructions everywhere we go. They were very enthusiastic about telling us to give them the tip though (They were asking for 3 tips, cenote, ATV, food, ridiculous in my opinion). Very disappointing service for the money you pay. Save yourself some trouble and money and look for other activities. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.
Dear kyungilh2025, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize that your family's visit fell short of expectations. Our primary goal is to provide a fun and trustworthy environment where our guests feel they are getting excellent value for their time, and it is clear we missed the mark during your tour. It is highly disappointing to hear that you felt rushed through the water activities and that the instructions provided lacked the warmth and detail you deserve. Additionally, the pressure you experienced regarding tips is unacceptable. Tipping is strictly optional, and our guests should never be made to feel uncomfortable or obligated across the different activities. We take this feedback very seriously and are addressing your specific comments directly with our guides and staff to ensure this attitude does not reflect our standard of service moving forward. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to learn more and hopefully make things right. Please reach out to us at luis@kinhaexperience.com Sincerely, The Management Team at Cenotes Kin-Ha
The Gonzalez family is the best host you could wish for. We spent a magical afternoon at Kin Ha Cenote and our group not only had the opportunity to sing in the underground cenote but also to learn more about our culture and geography. Anita González is a great support for our cultural event and her generosity carries our hearts. I recommend all travelers in Quintana Roo to visit Kin Ha jealousy as they also have many amazing activities that will make your visit an unforgettable experience 💖
