Did not spend the time as mentioned on the excursion. The total time was supposed to be 3 hours. We were there a total of one hour from pick up to drop off. Purchased drinks and did not get my change back. Was harassed to pay and tip when riding the camel from camel young guy. I had asked about the times from beginning till the end before booking since we had plans for that evening and pick up was supposed to be from 2 and drop off at 5. Driver was late . Only spend one hour total on everything ( dune buggy, camel for like 5 minutes and sat at a camp area for a drink) did the echo sound. We road thru a bumpy road no sand mountains or anything even looked the same as the advertisement, I reached out to company and they changed the whole story around and said it was a private tour when it was not booked that way they viator. They refunded me 50 % back which that was not the case. Felt uncomfortable and not welcomed. The guy that we followed in the dune buggy was nice and took some good pictures so I did decide to tip him because he was cool but besides that the owner reached out and did not give me an answer or anything . Another company went back and forth with me about the issue I even sent them proof of pictures from pick up to drop off. It was not about the refund it’s the fact that we wanted to enjoy it and have fun and get what we paid for 3 hours total.

We were disappointed by this service, which promised to be very beautiful. We booked a tour at 5:30 PM, however the driver went to the wrong hotel and we waited for him for 30 minutes. It can happen. Then, we got stuck in traffic at the entrance to the desert, and after waiting 20 minutes, without any explanation, the driver made us change minibuses to join another one, even though we still don't know the reason. We finished the transfer with another group. Finally, we arrived at the excursion site an hour late, and we were surprised by the cold welcome, knowing the hospitality of the Egyptians. During the quad bike tour, there were a lot of people and a lot of dust; we didn't get to enjoy the course much. The panorama is magnificent, though! This experience was quite disappointing. Yet this is far from our first time in Egypt; we know that usually the quality of the services is very good. Too bad for this time; we will not repeat the experience...

Friendly and helpful staff. The process was simple from the choice of experience, until we got there. Everything went well and it was very fun!!!

At first, the entire team didn't make such a great impression on me at first glance. But as soon as it started, that changed completely: Everyone was super nice, very friendly, and extremely cooperative! Honestly, I didn't expect so much friendliness at the beginning at all. I am absolutely satisfied and it was a lot of fun! I can only recommend it to everyone. P.S.: It is best to bring your own keffiyeh, otherwise it costs €5 on site! 😂
