Our guide, Suarez, was great. He arrived early to pick us up, was nice and friendly, spoke great English and was able to tell us things about the local area (Ubud). ATV driving was fun. The group leader was entertaining and helpful. Would have liked more time driving through the jungle instead of the little obstacle course, but we still had lots of fun. White water rafting was fun. The guide was funny and cheeky. He took good care of us in the water and was patient when my family member needed extra time to walk the stairs. Food was good at the end. Booking online was a little difficult. There was no option to book both random and single quad bikes which affected the fee when we checked in.

Since the river level is low due to the dry season, you can't expect the full enjoyment of rafting, but the surrounding scenery is beautiful, so I think you can enjoy it peacefully. The ATV took care of the members who were not used to it and were clumsy in a different group.

My girlfriend and I booked a tour for ATV and river rafting through Get Your Guide. We had the sweetest guide who arrived much earlier than agreed (though it stressed us a little). When we were ready, we drove to the ATV place and our driver just sat and waited until we were finished. The trip itself was fun, but not as wild as we thought. When it was over, we drove to the river rafting place, which was a little away. There was a 40-minute wait, and we used it to eat since lunch was included in the purchase. The food was actually super good. When we had eaten, they were ready to leave. Here we got a helmet, a vest, and a paddle with us, and we also had to drive to another place. We were sent out on a path that we hadn't counted on, with about 250 steps down a hill, a bit in the jungle. It was mega hard and there were both children and elderly people with, which was a bit scary. Part of the way there was a leaning railing that you could hold onto. When we had finally come down all the stairs, the guides were down there and we were shown into the boats. When the trip started, the trip through the wild stairs in the jungle was worth it! It was so beautiful and idyllic and you wouldn't believe this could be experienced in the middle of Ubud. We had the funniest guide to sail us through the river and we were allowed to jump in and swim and go in and stay by a huge waterfall. When the tour was over there were even more stairs, which was also incredibly hard, but it was all worth it! (if you have a bad gait, I do not recommend the tour!) We were so lucky to have a super sweet guide who offered to drive us to a coffee plantation, which we of course said yes to. Which gave us yet another fanatic experience!

Good day out, Dede was a good driver.

I had the wonderful experience doing the rafting and ATV especially with the help of my driver DEDE. Ho took great care of me from my hotel through the activities and going back to my hotel. His explanation was wonderful for the activities and outside of it and enjoyed talking to him.

Superb excursion, we felt safe from beginning to end. We had the wonderful driver Dédé, he explained everything to us in detail. Plus he drove carefully, a real gem, we discovered rafting for the first time in complete safety, and what's more, by choosing this adventure, you have the chance to start rafting first at the very beginning of the wild river. Kudos to you because this is exceptional, you feel safe from the start. Everything is well explained. Plus there are breaks to hydrate for free. Kudos, we feel in this company that well-being is paramount and frankly kudos to you. Afterward we had lunch at noon, it was an exceptional meal with plenty of choices at the buffet. Thanks again for your kindness, and what can I say about the wonderful Quad, an instructor, a respect for safety, and we laughed all day long all together. The Quad engines are perfect for the day, optimal safety, we all recommend it. Plus we felt safe the whole time, even with our driver who stays with you all day long. Kudos to him. Thanks to Dédé because he is an excellent driver. Thanks to him we were able to discover the region and have everything explained. Kudos to him again, thank you for this magnificent excursion, look at my photos and you will see for yourself. I hope you get Dédé because he is wonderful.

Tasting and quaking was a real blast! Thank you to Adi the driver and guide. He was professional, and helpful. It was a long day… 11hrs roughly, but in all it was a blast!

We had the most amazing day doing white water rafting and riding ATV’s our tour guide DeDe made the day 10x better, his humour, kind nature and good music taste helped us enjoy this trip more than we would’ve if we’d gone by ourself! We loved our day and loved going with DeDe!!
