It was amazing, we had Sergio as our guide and even though there was a lot of rain our guide still made the experience worth it. Our grandma has a hard time moving around but he made sure she still got to have fun even though she couldn't snorkel or swim as well. 100% would book again if we have the chance.
This was a fun activity and Pablo was a knowledgeable and kind tour guide. We were the only people on this particular tour so we were able to move at our pace and be more flexible with what we did.
This excursion was a lot of fun and would do again. They reached out to me about a week or two in advance to confirm pick up place and sent a map on how to get to the pick up place from the port. Our guide was very informative. Took pics of us with our phones as we jumped from the cliff into the cenote. Snorkeling was a first for us as well and enjoyed it too.
Alonso was amazing! I plan on requesting him when for our family comes back!
Complete and incredible experience! Pablo is the best guide! He is very, very helpful, attentive, and patient. His explanations during the tour were super clear, and it was a real pleasure to chat with him. He came to pick us up at the port, then we went to the Mayan site to take an ATV tour and visit a cenote. Then, we were treated to a tequila tasting, followed by an included meal by the beach, which was super good! In short, an incredible experience! A fabulous day at to spend a day! Super fun for all of us (teens included) and learning Mayan culture was the cherry on top. Sergio was such a considerate and fun guide!
First Alonso was great and spoke English and very knowledgeable! The ATV part was long, very dusty and lots of rocks and potholes. The cave part very nice experierance long jump. Lunch time wasn’t good 3 tacos, milky rice water provided wasn’t good and not enough. When additional 4 cokes, 1 chicken burrito, and 2 Quacamole w chips ordered charged $86 plus tip!! Snorkeling portion was amazing! The tequila tour nice too. Overall the experience was good w exception of food part!
I was the only one on this excursion. My tour guide was amazing. He took great care of me and it felt like I was with a friend. Hopefully he sees this. If so feel free to message me.
From start to finish, our tour guide, Pablo made the trip a wonderful experience. He was professional, kind and full of knowledge. Each part of the excursion was well planned, my sons lived the atv's and jumping into the cenote river. The tequila tasting and tour was informative and delicious, and the Mayan village was amazing. To end the day at a beach resort with snorkeling was perfect! There was lunch included, lots of fish to see and a beautiful environment to sit and eat looking out into the water.
