Communication and cause of the delay: As an agency, we kept you informed at all times about the delay that occurred that day, as well as about the accident that took place, which was an external and unforeseen factor that affected transportation times. These changes and extraordinary circumstances impacted transportation coordination and the development of the itinerary. For this reason, as an agency, we strongly emphasize respecting assigned pick-up points and schedules, as well as maintaining constant communication to minimize disruptions and ensure the best possible experience.
