An incredible experience from beginning to end. The ATV was super fun; the ride was exciting but also safe at the same time. The cenote is beautiful, perfect for cooling off and enjoying nature. The zipline was one of the best parts, full of adrenaline and with a lot of spectacular views. The staff was very kind and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, a very complete tour and highly recommended for anyone looking for adventure and doing something different. but i do recommend bringing mosquito repellent
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're excited to hear that you enjoyed every part of the adventure, from the exciting ATV ride and refreshing cenote to the adrenaline-filled zipline experience. It's great to know that our team helped make your day even more enjoyable with their attentive service. We also appreciate your recommendation about bringing mosquito repellent. Since we're surrounded by beautiful natural jungle areas, it can definitely help guests stay more comfortable during the experience. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure soon!
Overall 9.5/10 and its .5 less for very small reason but first lets start with pick up.They are very much on time and communicate well the day before to let you know your pick up time.If they are delayed be mindful it might not be them but the other guest who hold others up.Thankfully on mines last group was the only we waited on a bit everyone else was on time. The car ride is kinda long there but you can have a nap or read a book. Once you arrive remember you still have taxes to pay and they will upsell you on a few more options. I didn't do the horseback riding since I'm PR and can ride them bak home but I did chose to upgrade to ride the ATV to the cenote. This was extra fun. ATV was thrilling. Please have clothes shoes and sunglasses. If you have a face guard even better. Bring sunblock and sunscreen. If you don't they do sell these items but best to bring them. I had 360 cam and they don't allow you to bring it unless you have body or head hardware.I was kind of upset but safety first. They do take pic of you doing all ziplines and atv. Zipline was cool. I enjoyed it very much. It was safe and not too high also. Cenote was literally amazing and they had to the availability to jump. That was amazing. 7ft jump. INSANE but I did it with my 360 cam. No issues there. Tequila tasking was so good but I'm not big drinking so I didn't buy but the taste was tempting. Must try. Mar was tour lady. She spoke very well and took care of us. She is a sweetheart. Food was good too. Limited option that is included but you can buy more and different options. Overall as a picky eater. I still ate the pork ones. Yummy. I would def. come back here. I would say as a solo travel I wish I had my friends but I meet some cool people there so no complaints. I need up buying the pictures but I was just a little disappointed I couldn't take my own but it's ok. Pic and video looked great. Memories to last a life time.

Excellent service, very friendly and amazing experience
¡Muchísimas gracias por tu comentario! 😊 Nos alegra saber que disfrutaste la experiencia y que recibiste un trato amable. Será un placer volver a atenderte en tu próxima aventura. ¡Te esperamos pronto!
It was incredible. What I got for what I paid was definitely worth it. This is the second time I’ve taken the tour and it was just as good as, or even better than, the first time. The food was good, but the cenote is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it.
Thank you very much for your comment and for trusting us again. We’re very happy to hear that your second experience was just as good, or even better, than the first one. It means a lot to us that our guests enjoy every part of the tour, especially the cenote, which is one of the most special parts of the experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a third time in the future! 😊
As advertised. Several interesting activities - atv, Zipline, cenotes, tequila tasting, horses, very light lunch.
Thank you very much for sharing your opinion! We’re happy to know that the experience was exactly as advertised and that you enjoyed the activities. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again very soon.
My family and I recently booked the wild adventure package, believing we had paid for a fun day of ziplining and ATVs. What we received was a masterclass in aggressive upselling, logistical lies, and hidden fees designed to trap you and drain your wallet. Avoid this at all costs. The Main Scam: Hidden Fees & Logistics Lies The issues started the day before with the logistics. We were initially promised a 12:30 PM pickup for a 1:00 PM start, but the group leader abruptly changed it to 11:30 AM, citing the need to pick up four other groups for a nearly two-hour shuttle ride to the site. We were rushed ("be a minute late and we leave you!") only for the shuttle to arrive late anyway. Once we finally reached the "somewhat jungle" site, the true scam began: * Jungle Tax: We were immediately forced to pay a "Jungle Tax"—a fee never mentioned on any booking website—just to start the activity. * Mandatory Insurance: Next, $7 USD per person for ATV insurance! Refuse, and you are liable for any scratch. * Locker Trap: They told us to bring gear (bug repellent, face coverings) but then banned all bags/phones for "liability." To safely store the items they told us to bring, we were forced to rent small, untrustworthy lockers at $6 USD each. Since they are tiny cubbies, a family needs multiple, quickly multiplying the cost. Every single one of these costs is PER PERSON, rapidly inflating the already high base price. Experience & Atmosphere: No Photos, No Fun, Just Selling The experience felt like a strategic funnel designed to force purchases. They ban your own phones/cameras citing "liability," but the real reason is to force you into their final photo and video scam. * The Store Funnel: They "pretend to call you friend" while pushing you through a store, strategically showing you how "wild" the ride is to intimidate you into buying overpriced safety gear: $13 bandanas, $27 USD glasses (all in USD, not pesos). * ATV & Zipline Disappointment: The ATV ride was less than 15 minutes of slow-moving, stop-and-go through a muddy, carved-out patch—not an exciting jungle adventure. The ziplining was equally anticlimactic: four very short distances over what looked like a military training ground, not a scenic view. * Fake Tequila Tasting & Trapped Dining: The forced tequila "tasting" was a thinly rehearsed sales pitch. We sat out at the restaurant, forced to wait for the group while declining the ridiculously overpriced food ($30 USD for three tiny tacos; $8 USD for coconut water). Crowd Size & Waiting: Awkward and Annoying The shuttle ride with strangers for two hours was awkward. The group size was around 12-13 people total. While not overwhelmingly crowded with tourists, the pacing was excruciating. Having to wait for each and every one of the 12-13 people to complete the short ATV, zipline, and helmet checks was incredibly annoying and ate up huge chunks of the day. It was awkward having to spend an entire day and try to create family memories with random strangers we had nothing in common with. Length of Visit: Trapped and Delayed We were initially told we would be finished by 4:00 PM and back at the hotel by 5:00 PM at the latest. That was completely untrue. After being piled onto an open-air truck and shimmied to a separate cenote location (which was only enjoyable for those comfortable with water activities), we didn't leave the site until 5:30 PM. As it was my birthday, this delay and the lack of cell reception (a clever way to trap you) ruined my private dinner reservation. The Final Rip-Off: Photo/Video Scam The final insult came when they tried to scalp us for photos. They quoted different prices, showed us hundreds of photos on a tablet, and charged us $150 USD. They relied on "Bluetooth transfer" since there was no reception. When we finally got reception later, we discovered we had been conned—they showed us 200 pictures but only transferred 15. After a day of being soaked by rain (which I don't blame them for, but added to the misery), trapped by logistics, and scammed out of money, the staff still had the audacity to ask for monetary tips. In summary: This entire operation is a dishonest, exhausting, and overpriced cash grab. Save your money and your sanity.
Important Clarification Regarding False Information in This Review We regret that you have chosen to use this space to vent your frustration. However, the product description, the public listing, and the ticket you received clearly specify each of the points you mistakenly describe as “hidden charges.” The Jungle Preservation Tax is clearly stated from the beginning, along with all the logistical information about the tour. One day prior, the agency informed you about this tax — which is an official government fee — and it does not represent any extra income for us. In addition, you were provided with the exact pick-up time, the name of the operator, and the van number. Any slight delay (10 to 15 minutes) is due to normal traffic conditions in the Cancun area. The tour is not private, which is also indicated in the listing. It is a shared tour in a van with groups of approximately 12 to 13 people, as is standard for this type of activity. It is false that you were charged for the fajita breakfast; this meal is included in the tour, along with the zip lines, ATV ride, and cenote swim. The ATV portion lasts much longer than the 15 minutes you mentioned, and in fact, many guests enjoy the adventure even more when it rains. Regarding additional food and beverages, any extra items beyond the included menu are charged separately, as in any park or restaurant. The tequila tasting is a complimentary regional experience. It is neither mandatory nor does it require any purchase; buying a bottle is entirely optional. The use of lockers is optional and offered solely for safety reasons. If you choose not to rent one, you are not required to. As for photos and bandanas, they are not included in the tour package. Purchasing them is entirely optional, and the charge is made directly by the park provider, not the agency. Finally, since this is a shared tour, the total duration depends on the pace and participation of the entire group. Everyone must return together, which is also communicated in advance. In summary: all information is clearly detailed at the time of purchase — in the product description, the listing, and the ticket. If you disagreed with the conditions, you always had the option to cancel before the tour began and receive a full refund.
This excursion was exactly as explained: thrilling, fun, a blast and super memorable. They’ll pick you up from a location that you choose, then you get to do all 3 activities: ATV, zip line and swim in the cenote. You do have an option to do horseback riding for an additional $30 USD. If you’re a bigger person and have doubts that you won’t be able to do the zip line because the belt/harness won’t fit, think again. I’m a bigger Polynesian guy and that’s the thought I had for someone that’s not the average size American. The tour guides made sure I wasn’t going to miss this opportunity so they had a big harness that fit me and encouraged me to get in it. Not once did they make me feel insecure of being bigger. Instead they made me feel secured and that I did not have to worry about anything. FYI: to be better prepared for the excursion, I would suggest you take your own glasses, face cover and swim shoes. They have these things that you can purchase but if you’re on a budget friendly trip, take your own. ATVs will be muddy so wear shoes that you won’t care to get dirty. Additional costs that were not in the initial payment of the excursion (not much but still additional): $30 USD conservation fee for the park, $7 USD for the locker, different pricing for their photo packages that they offer and then the $30 USD (optional) for horseback riding. All worth it though. I will plan to go back and do this same excursion at least 3 more times. Be nice to the tour guides as they’re super friendly themselves. I would suggest this excursion to anyone and everyone. Thank you 🙏🏽

Absolutely amazing experience! From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The agency that contacted me was super friendly and professional — they picked us up right from our hotel. I waited just a few minutes outside the lobby and off we went for an unforgettable adventure! The cenote was breathtaking — crystal clear and magical. The ziplines were so much fun, and riding the ATVs was such a thrill! The guides were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. I had the best time ever with my boyfriend — we laughed, explored, and made memories that will last forever. I would 100% do it all over again. Highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for fun and adventure!
