We had an amazing time on the buggy tour! The ride was so much fun, the views were beautiful, and the guides were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized. We loved the experience and would definitely recommend it!
Amazing experience! If you want to spend an amazing day near caribbean sea riding a quad bikes. That's where you must go! Marianna and her husband Kazik are very cool guides! Very fun and with a lot of attention to the safety. We want to come back as soon as we can and ride agan.
I loved this ATV tour! The ATVs were new and clean, and I was in a small group. I rode along the ocean and through the jungle for most of the trip, with beautiful views all around me. We also visited a local home and stopped at a quiet beach. There were no other groups around, and I felt like I was the first person to find these places! I really recommend this tour! ❤️

This is an excellent tour, professionally run and presented from pick-up to drop-off at hotel. Everything worked as described and planned, even though we were a group of 12. Beautiful scenery everywhere and easy-to-ride ATVs even for beginners like us. Only downside, the wild beach was not as beautiful as expected - it was full of seasonal seagrass, which is not the fault of the tour operator. I would strongly recommend the tour.
The ATV ride was a great overall experience. The guides make sure that you are safe and well informed.
When it was time to go we were told to meet outside the security gates of hotel, extra 8 dollars going and coming was not told any of that information upfront, after a text chain with owners going back a forth we decided we just were not comfortable going after that and fort fitted are $125.00
We would like to clarify a few important facts. First, the $8 fee for transportation from the Hard Rock lobby to the hotel’s security gate is charged by Hard Rock, not by us. It is a hotel fee for transportation within their own property and has absolutely nothing to do with our company or our excursion price. We even offered to cover this fee for the guest. The guest was given clear instructions in advance, all questions were answered, and we confirmed that we would pick him up at the designated meeting point and return him to the hotel lobby after the excursion. Despite this, the guest decided not to join the tour, saying that after a previous experience with another company he simply preferred to stay at the hotel pool. The tour was therefore cancelled by the guest, not by us. We also contacted Tripadvisor/Viator support several times and offered to provide the full correspondence and screenshots proving the above. Unfortunately, we received only automated responses without any meaningful review of the situation. We believe our future guests deserve to know the full context behind this review.
Absolutely amazing ATV experience! The entire ride was so much fun from start to finish and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The instructors and guides were great, super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while still keeping the experience exciting. The trails were a blast, the scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience was well organized. We had an incredible time and would 100% recommend this ATV tour to anyone visiting. Definitely something I would do again!
This was an absolutely amazing excursion! The ride along the ocean was beautiful and the hospitality of the local family was so special! We highly recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed!
Had an amazing time with an amazing route. There was about 12 of us riding and 3 tour guides who spoke pretty good English. We got to see the beaches and the jungle side and also the country side how they really live. We also got to try some Dominican coffee and real coconuts. It was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend.
