Great time had, definitely recommend! Workers were very kind and helpful when needed. My favorite part was the stop at the beach to swim around and enjoy our time. Can’t wait to visit again!

ATV part of is nice even though the usual hustling to get more money from the customers are on (imaginary or real insurance fee!). Biggest issue is to find a central location to find the vendor as they are not allowed inside the gate. Luckily I had the vendors number and was able to connect and eventually picked up.

At the main gate, Johnny greeted us. Warmly brought us into the area for ATVs. From there. Jose took us on a beautiful unimaginable exploration, explained the culture and what was around and the muse are superb. I highly recommend coming. If you're thinking about coming or doing it, do it

This experience was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. The guides and locals were very friendly and showed us a different way of life! Thank you for the experience!! They also rescheduled us for another day due to our flight being delayed with no issues!

Lots of fun. Only problem was finding the pick-up place. Long walk and had to ask multiple people along the way

First let me start by saying I'm a very experienced rider as I use to own a 2015 can am renegade 1000xxc and currently own a 2025 850 xmr. I was a mechanic at one time so I also fix, rebuild and maintain my machines as well as my friends and other people. Now my observations of the machines. Some only had 1 brake light or none working, 1 couple had oil spraying on their leg from the motor, another person had brake fluid leaking all over his hands from the brake line at the hand brake. Rear brake lines were cut and disconnected, clutch was disabled. For those that dont know this means the atv is always in gear, no nutral so if you bump the gas too hard the atv will lunge forward. Tires were all compleatly bald and some were cracked well past minimum safety. As for the excursion, you get nothing that's advertised. No safety brief what so ever. I dont care as I'm experienced but 9 of the 11 in our group had never ridden and kept asking my friend and myself things that should have been said in a basic safety brief. All that was said was use gas to get up hills and brakes when going down. They also put couples together on a single rider atv which is very unsafe! Now none of this is even what bothered me. The worst is coming....so the whole trip is going down a dusty trash infested road to a small shack where the merchants try to sell you things at ridiculous prices like a wooden bottle opener for $30 usd then get angry when you decline. Next you go to a spot that you can take a picture with a cruise ship in the distance. Next to a beach with more vendors asking way too much, not willing to barter and actually charging money to use the porta potty! Lastly you leave there and go back to the starting where they try to sell you pictures and videos one of their staff took on the ride. This is what pisses me off, I paid $111 cdn for this trip that was supposed to take me to some chocolate place, through a refreshing river and jungle / forest area and more that's listed in their description. NOTHING!! ADVERTISED other than a bottle of water handed out actually took place! Pure false advertising! After my friends wife put a negative review the owner of the business started messaging her to take the review down and apologize for it because in his mind it's uncalled for plus this is a small business that he is trying to support his family with. Next he sent another message saying he is a atv racer and his atvs are in fine shape...so let me get this straight dominican according to him doesn't allow people to have atvs any larger then a 300cc and the police have 350cc ones. Dude we ride regularly 850 and 1000cc your bikes are what we let kids ride back home so don't tell us you're a racer. Next her husband requested a refund from Viator only to receive a message from the atv owner saying Viator will refuse him. Then Viator replied to him saying the refund was refused by the merchant so even Viator is not a reputable provider avoid all of this by booking through a representative at your resort or from your cruise line and save yourself from being scammed like we got scammed.

I am going to give you a straight up honest review. The good BAD and UGLY. Tour guides were very polite and nice. I'm going to start off by saying my husband and I ride atvs back home. We are very experienced! This tour started off with a pick up from the hotel. That all went great as planned. But once we arrived to the place we all we saw was dilapidated atvs! EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND IN ILL REPAIR! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! Im surprised I even got on it myself. The tires are balding on all atvs. Most worn bare through the middle. Some tires were cracked! I can't even believe I'm having to review like this. The brake light assemblies on many were broken. Physically and electric. Broken casings non working brake lights. Crooked atvs!! 100% they need new bearings in the tires! Rear brake lines cut. Differentials non functioning right. Fluids leaking out of MANY of them. There were 7 riders in our group. The fluid started spraying out on some poor ladies feet. They had to change atvs with the tour guide. The camber on the wheels were completely messed up causing the front wheels to splay out way too much. The back wheels wobbled like crazy! The throttle is very hard to push. I am surprised a wheel didnt fly off one of these. I am mortified by the condition of these. Its unbelievable! At home have maintain our own quads every few rides. These probably haven't been serviced in a long time if ever. My husband's quad actually shut off while riding!! What in the heck!?! Also we were using bicycle helmets!!! Useless if we actually had an accident. They put 2 people on a quad made for 1 it's not legal. At least not in north America! It throw the balance off of the quad creating tipping hazards. They gave ZERO SAFETY TRAINING! We personally did not need it but there were first time riders there. My husband and I found ourselves giving safety advice. How can they do this in good conscious?! We were thanked by many risers for helping them with safety questions. Literally the only instructions giving were accelerate up the mountain and brake going down the mountain. Insane! Now let's get straight into the misrepresentation of the whole advert for this tour. There was NO going through rivers and water. Which was a part I was looking forward to. Initially they brought us to some small sandy area by some not so desirable water. We sat there for 2 minutes on the sand and then left and since the tires were so bald it was hard to get moment on the sound. One lady slide a little sideways down a small sand hill and couldn't get traction to move so the tour guide had to push it to help. We went on some dirt roads and there was alot of litter/garbage by the sides of the roads. We didnt do any trails just dusty dirt roads. They ended up bringing us to a beach that was full of rocks, sticks and had garbage on it. I have pictures. Also there was no one rolling cigars at all. There's was no hot chocolate tasting as stated or coffee tasting. Literally nothing. This whole whole experience was driving a severely delapitated atv up dirt roads. It was awful and 5 out of the 7 people we spoke too thought it was just as bad and unsafe. There was literally guests that were scared to ride these things. On the beach the locals were trying to sell us way overpriced alcohol and cigars. It was actually ridiculous and insulting that they think we're so stupid that we would pay those prices for what they were offering. I'm incredibly disappointed my husband and I spent over $200 for this tour. Honestly I wish I could have my money back but I know thats probably not possible. This is 100% truthful review. Im sorry I had to leave this review but in good consciousness I had to. Please be very wary for your safety and the misrepresentation of this tour.

Spending over two hours on the ATV was a truly memorable experience, allowing us to explore the charming local tours and visit quaint shops tucked away in the corner of Wild Adventure. The guide and staff, all locals, warmly shared their knowledge, and we even had the privilege of visiting a beach that remains hidden from most tourists—a truly unique and exotic place that touched our hearts.
