It was an excellent trip. Booking from the UK is expensive compared to local but did have reassurance it was all good. Transfer was excellent and such a good driver. Both our tour guides were excellent, made it so much fun and relevant for us as a grown up family of 4. The photo package was expensive but a nice keepsake. We hadn't given this consideration but clothing wise, you will get muddy on quad bikes, dont worry about footwear as they provide this. Rafting, you will get wet. Wear exercise or swim wear with sliders or sandals. It was so much fun, definitely recommend.

Overall, this was a really enjoyable day and good value for money. Both activities were a good length and there was plenty packed into the day. There are a couple of things that could be improved, but overall we had a great experience. 🚗 Driver – Komang Komang was excellent throughout the day. He picked us up on time from the Hilton Bali Resort in Nusa Dua and was very friendly, patient and attentive. Once we arrived in Ubud, he made sure we met the right guides and were looked after at each stage. After the quad biking, he was waiting for us, made sure we got our lunch and then helped get us across to the rafting. He also drove very safely, particularly on the journey back to Nusa Dua. The only real downside is the travelling time from Nusa Dua. We probably spent around five hours in traffic in total during the day. That’s obviously not the tour company’s fault, but something worth considering. If you’re staying in Nusa Dua and want to explore more of Ubud, an overnight stay in Ubud might be a better option. 🏍️ ATV / Quad Biking The quad biking was great fun and the route was really enjoyable. The main improvement would be the group size. It was probably a little too large, which meant quite a lot of stopping and starting. With a smaller group, we could probably have travelled at a quicker pace and enjoyed the riding even more. The bikes themselves were powerful enough, although reliability wasn’t brilliant. Three of the four of us had a breakdown at some point. However, this was only a minor issue because the team reacted very quickly and replacement bikes were brought out without much delay. Overall, still a really enjoyable experience. 🚣 White-Water Rafting The rafting was superb and probably the highlight of the day. For a family/group of novices like us, it was a really good balance. The river wasn’t too challenging, but the rapids provided enough excitement to make it great fun. The scenery and wildlife were fantastic. Along the river we saw macaques, a couple of deer, a snake swimming across the river, kingfishers and lots of other birds. Our rafting guide was excellent as well — very good at getting us safely through the rapids, while also being friendly and making the whole experience enjoyable. There are also places along the river where you can stop and buy drinks. They weren’t too expensive and, conveniently, you don’t need to carry money with you while rafting — you can settle the bill when you get back to the centre afterwards. 📸 Photos The photo packages for the activities were an additional cost. We spent about £50 in total, but the quality of the photos was good and we were pleased with them. One thing to be aware of is that the photos are provided through Google Drive. You need to download and save them yourself, and you’re told that they will only remain available for two weeks, so make sure you save them fairly quickly. Overall, a very good-value and memorable day. The rafting was outstanding, the ATV was great fun despite a couple of minor issues, and Komang looked after us brilliantly throughout. Definitely recommended.

Really great experience! Also the driver was helpful and stopped in other unplanned places wish made my plan for the day easier.

We had a very enjoyable day as a family of 4. We loved the ATV rides, it was great fun. The water rafting was a fantastic experience, great views, lots of fun and laughs. Waka our guide was lovely with our son splashing and lizard hunting. The food was lovely, service was great. Very accommodating with my coeliac disease/gluten free meal. Toilet, shower and changing facilities all great too. The taxi driver to and from the hotel was very friendly. All in all, we can’t wait to do it again when we return to Bali.

Excellent experience with adventure. Agung the transfer driver went above and beyond his duties to get us to our destination and back home again. He spoke good English and looked after us when we were at the places. Would definitely do again and use Agung!

Everything worked out great and we were very positively surprised by the quality. It is a large, well-organized tour operator without one feeling like they are being processed in a mass operation. Attention was also paid to small details, such as shower caps for under the helmet for hygienic reasons. The showers after the quad biking and rafting were great, including a towel and soap. The food was okay. Our rafting guide Audun Pathun (or something similar) was highly motivated and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Our driver Ayu was also extremely punctual, waited without any problems until the agreed pickup time, and supported us very well with the organization on-site! Thank you very much for the great day!

Great family experience, initially hesitant to commit to a full day for something like this, but we all loved it, great ATV track, just long enough, and the whole family enjoyed it - mud and all! Rafting was awesome, what a highlight, so beautiful, safe but still exciting, and our guide - Coyote - was a legend. It was all topped off by our guide for the day - Tyas - the friendliest and most helpful person we could have asked for, made sure we were looked after and happy the whole time, also the prefect balance between good conversation, but not talking too much!

Great organised trip to do ATV adventure ride followed by rafting down the Ayung river. Great lunch, very tasty. Picked up and delivered back to our accommodation .. super friendly and even came back to us to deliver a lost water bottle! Would highly recommend!! ******
