We stayed as a family with kids for one night before our international flight from JKIA and I cannot praise the security at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport enough. As a parent, safety is everything, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely secure and well cared for. At the main entrance there is a boom barrier gate and a strong iron barrier with several professional guards and a sniffer-dog security check for all vehicles and bags before entering the drop-off zone. This was handled so professionally and gave us immediate peace of mind that our children were safe. Then there's a standard bag scan at the lobby entrance. What impressed me most is how family-friendly the security team is. They were not just vigilant, they were warm, courteous, and so helpful - they welcomed our kids with smiles, assisted with all our luggage and strollers, helped us securely park and guided us to check-in. Inside the hotel, security continues: Elevators and staircases require your room key to access, so no outsider can wander to guest floors. Security personnel are visible 24/7 around the lobby, restaurant, and pool area, but never intimidating. The whole environment feels controlled, safe, and peaceful away from the Nairobi traffic. We used the rooftop pool overlooking Nairobi National Park, had dinner, and slept so soundly knowing our family was in safe hands. If you are travelling with family and transit via JKIA, this is the ONLY place to stay. Exceptional security with a human touch. We will definitely be back. Their free 24hr airport shuttle is also very secure and punctual - perfect when you have kids and many bags.

my experience was a 10/10 once on the atvs. if it weren’t for the actual activity being a great time, but based off of the interaction before hand with the “manager” id have rated it 0. unprofessional, rude, should just not work in customer service at all pretty much but otherwise try it out!! the guys who led us on the atvs made the experience much more enjoyable!

Bring changing clothes, you are riding through water and mud. Staff was friendly and helpful. Might want to bring your own goggles

My son did not get to enjoy the ride because the four wheeler kept malfunction where the speed would not go faster than 10 miles while everyone else went 25 miles and he was way behind everybody. The guy that was recording and can try to fix the four wheeler was very cocky and treated my son like crap. The manager Daniel said that he could not give us a discount on one of the rides because it was a third party reservation in this app so I called the app and the app customer service spoke to Daniel on the phone and he said yes it was ok to give me a 50% discount on one of the rides but then he refused to reply to the email so he can confirm the discount.

Loved every minute of it. You really get your monies worth in my opinion. It rained while we were out there we still were able to ride and enjoy ourselves. The entrance is kinda tricky reach tho.

It was an exciting experience, but there were hidden fees that we wasn’t aware of. And because of this, most of my friends were not able to ride. I also don’t know if we will get our money back.

Nothing to tell. It’s a Scam to make you believe it costs less. $10 and later they ask for more. Otherwise you loose your initial payment 🥺

5 out of 5 my family and I enjoyed our time today celebrating my son’s 16th Birthday. We had a ball. Will definitely come back.

I brought my son and his girlfriend to going ATV riding and this was, by far, the highlight of our trip to Miami. We had THE BEST time, riding around in the dust and puddles!! So worth the drive from Miami Beach and…the unexpected upcharge.
