However, we are very concerned by the claims made regarding the camel stop and alleged behavior. We want to be absolutely clear that tipping is never mandatory on any of our tours, and no guest is ever removed from an activity for not providing a tip. Camel riding is included as described, and our staff are strictly instructed to treat all guests with respect at all times. We also take any form of discriminatory language extremely seriously. Such behavior is not tolerated by our company, and this does not reflect our values, our staff training, or the experiences of the thousands of guests we host each year from all backgrounds. We have never received similar feedback before, and we are actively reviewing this claim internally with our local partners. We regret that you left feeling uncomfortable, and we encourage any guest who experiences an issue during a tour to immediately inform our team so it can be addressed on the spot.
